My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Zach. The reception staff were very helpful, the breakfast plentiful, room clean and comfortable. Just a shirt walk to the old town of Innsbruck which was buzzing when we were there. And surprise, surprise the advertised Wi Fi in every room actually worked. Perfect!!! Loved Innsbruck and would highly recommend The Zach Hotel.

Very close location to the main street. Very friendly stuff. Good quadriple room with two valid double beds. Pure breakfast. Parking is far away from the hotel (5 min). It is difficult to understand how to get to the hotel parking.

Excellent location in the centre of Innsbruck. Parking is organised in a private underground controlled entry garage a few minutes walk away, but one can park at the hotel to off-/on-load luggage. Comfortable well- designed room, ideal for our purpose, attending a conference at the Conference Centre about 10 minutes walk away. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Would definitely stay there again if we had to visit the city.

Ver helpful staff. Went out of way and provided details of train connections to Munich and back. Decent breakfast package. Very convenient location, almost everything including train station and city centre in walkable distance. Wifi connectivity. A bit cramped room. Room lacks a good view of the mountains. Old and small TV set.

All staff were friendly, professional and helpful and spoke enough English that we didn't have any trouble with language. The rooms are extremely clean and the whole hotel has a first class feel. It has the best breakfast in our 23-day hotel hopping trip across Europe and came with the room. Don't let the blue color of the hotel bother you...it just makes it easier to find. Only 3 blocks from the train station within easy walking distance and convenient to the zoo and ride up to the top of the nearby mountains. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I am very particular. We spent 2 nights in May 2011. Just a little bit noisy since it is downtown and late walkers or motorcycles noises can echo in the abandoned downtown streets but only happened infrequently.

1 1/2 blocks from the train station. Very friendly service, walking distance to the heart of Innsbruck. It is a great hotel for 1 night, but I would not stay longer as the room is quite small and there is no view.

location was important. The Hotel was so easy to find the receptionist and staff so very, very helpful. Can't speak highly enough of our most enjoyable experience.. Sight seeing was very special too.

The Hotel Zach is very conveniently situated between the old town and the bus and rail stations, all within 5 min walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, good buffet breakfast, room clean, in good decorative order and well appointed. Hotel was very well maintained, smart appearance.

Easy reach of the train station and very close to the old town. The staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast was good. I had an 'annex room' and it was noisy at night with something like a generator kicking in on a regular basis.

Excellent location, easy to find. Everything was within waking distance. Helpful staff that spoke perfect english. Nice varied breakfast. Good sized room and clean. Wifi was spotty and had to get new codes to resolve issues. Double room is actually two twin beds that you have to put together yourself.

Very friendly and efficient receptionist who spoke very good english. Good breakfast. Warm comfortable room. Good sized bathroom. No tea making facilities in room, however receptionist did make tea for us.
