Great location, just between the train station and the heart of the old city. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean and nice room with free internett. Very good breakfast, although I was late, there was plenty of all, and they asked if i missed something. Highly recommended. Nothing |

We used the hotel as a base arriving from Paris by train en route to the Dolomites for a trekking holiday. It is very convenient for the station and they stored our spare bags until our return. |

Good location - very close to city center; spacious room; nice breakfast. As hotel faces the busy street, street noise was enormous during nighttime. |

Extremely friendly and helpful personnel. The Zach family were most welcoming. The staff are multilingual. The breakfast was good particularly as food came from their own patisserie on the ground floor.Our room was spacious, and well maintained.It is conveniently sited for the station, and the Old City. We will stay again if we visit Innsbruck. Tapping high heels on the tiled halls and stairs, but this is a very minor irritation! |

Convenient location, near rail station and old town. Friendly welcome when we arrived. Room clean and spacious. Room was very hot. No aircon, and duvets heavy. Proximity to fire escape made us reluctant to leave window open. Had we been staying more than one night we would have asked to move. Bureaucratic payment regime: don't try to pay with a mixture of cash and credit card. |

Very convenient and friendly staff Hotel closes at 2200 hours which is OK, and collection of keys from neighbouring hotel also OK. But instructions for access not clear enough, and keys difficult to operate. One (to garden where my room was) was so difficult I asked for an upgrade to house, for which they agreed to accept 10 euros only instead of 27 euros. |

Excellent location for visitting Innsbruck - couldn't be more central, close to railway station. Stff were friendly enough. More of a city centre Travelodge than a fully fledged hotel. You must trade off the location and price against what is a budget hotel. However no real reason not to give it a try. |

You could tell it was family operated. Very personable, helpful and attentive. Nice breakfast, clean and quiet room. Look out your window and see the Alps either direction. Easy to get around Innsbruck. Lovely 25th anniversary trip for us. Thank you! Nothing we didn't like. |

Easy to get into town and convenient to the train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast! No view. Somewhat overpriced for a small, basic room. Some street noise so ask for an upper floor in the back perhaps but to be fair, there was a marathon going onand loud speaker sound could be heard. |
