Hotel Zach  

The owner came in the breakfast room to say hello to everyone which was a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic! This hotel offers great value for money, and very easy to find- just a short walk from the train station.

The Internet was too slow

The hotel was easily reached by walking from the train station. It's also easy to identify because of the vivid blue color. The ladies at the reception were friendly and accommodating. Our room was large enough for the three of us and the bathroom also had a lot more elbow room than some we've stayed in. It was clean and the beds were comfortable although the carpet looks old. Breakfast was good with more choices of cold cuts and fruits. All in all it's good place to stay with a fair price.

The entry was really cramped and the lift can only accommodate 2 people with 1 small luggage or 1 person with 2 luggage whichever way you take it.

Simply everthing. The breakfast was bountiful and substantial, the room was big enough and the service was fast and competent.

We wanted a hotel in Innsbruck for our short stay which was situated conveniently between the railway station and the old town. Hotel Zach satisfied this requirement perfectly. Furthermore, the hotel is on a quiet road, which for us was an added bonus. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient both on our arrival at breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable and functional. We felt that Hotel Zach was excellent value for money for a city break.

I liked nothing!

Was staying here one night. The hotel is for one night only - it you want to stay more - choose another hotel or you will have feeling to stay at the train station or airport hotel and every time you are at the reception or at the hotel you will see people with cases - check-in or check-out. If you need to phone to another country - you need to call to the reception. Then they make the connection. It was quickly. But nothing was working. I tried from my mobile - it was working. The person at the reception said that they didn't have any problems and the problem to whom I called. Nothing was made to help. In the morning they were asking to take things from the room and return the key. It was made very rude. And more over it seems to me there was a mistress. Price is very high for all these! The score of this hotel is overstated. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone and never come back to it again.

An honest inner city bolt hole. Keen staff, Clean and fresh.

Good value, clean, quality service, good breakfast. Very nice modern bathroom. Free wifi. Welcoming staff.

Dreadful pillows - too hard and overly soft mattresses!

Easy reach of the train station and very close to the old town. The staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast was good.

I had an 'annex room' and it was noisy at night with something like a generator kicking in on a regular basis.

It was easy to find and the room was ve ry clean.

It was difficult to get the suitcases to the room.
