Score from 575 reviews Very good
Last minute booking late at night - go by instinct: got me a nice, clean room, easy to reach from Autobahn exit = hassle free arrival. Very professional receptionist (Reinhold?) who was kind enough to free me a parking on the back side of the building. The building is not new or fancy, but overall impression is clean and well kept. Solid Wifi signal in my room and restaurant and a comfy bed. Brekfast crew has good energy and welcomes with a big smile and taking good care of you - the breakfast offers a wide variety and is set up nicely.
I did not really care - but pls consider that there is no elevator to get you up into floor 3 :)
Cleanliness; good bed; quiet and silent at night; good breakfast.
Small room; a little far from the old town.
Room very clean and comfortable with nice and polite staff. Rich breakfast. The door of the bathroom in our room was quite transparent...a little bit embarrassing.
- Cleanliness - Good breakfast with variety to choose - Not far from city center and train/bus station - Ski storage room - Car parking
- Personnel didn't tell much about the hotel and opportunities for skiers - Didn't offer Innsbruck Club Guest Card until we asked for it
Location was close to ski bus stop. The breakfast was excellent.
Location further from train station than I had thought. The room was very small, even for a single room.
Staff, cleanliness of the room, location, breakfast.
Room and bathroom nice and clean. Rich breakfast!
Room on the third floor without elevator. Heating was too strong.
- Close to the city centre - Nice and friendly staff - Good breakfast - Quiet location
- The room was rather small (OK for me but not for the person with a lot of luggage) - No elevator (no problem for me, but some won't be happy to climb three flights of stairs) - Only German channels on TV (I had no time to watch anyway :-))
Very good, great value for money. Lovely breakfast, certainly better than average in this type of hotels.
limited free private parking + rather small bathroom
The room, in an adjacent building, was spacious, modern and comfortable. The shower was fully-enclosed, which is always a bonus. The staff was frienfly and helpful. Breakfast had variety and was fresh. The hotel is not in the older city center, but Tram 1, half a block away, takes you there in 10 minutes. I would stay there again but only if I had a room away from the street (see "what I did not like").
NOISE. My room faced Fritz-Konzert-Strasse, which is busier than its two lanes might suggest, with car, truck and tram noise most of the night. This made sleeping a problem for me. Also, there is a street lamp directly across the street from the annex building I was in and the room was not really very dark. Finally, the person cleaning on Saturday morning started early and, for several hours while I was trying to sleep, walked back and forth on the tile floor in shoes with heavy wooden heels. Tap tap tap for over two hours. It seems like an overly-picky point, but when you haven't slept well, it becomes a real issue.
No CNN BBC in English
Location, not too far from station. Reasonable price.
The night I stayed there was some noise on the street. Constant coming and going, people talking and cars with their engines running below my window
Nice staff, nice room, good breakfast. I slept well, though the room was on the busy street side, but with the windows closed, sound was kept out. Very good restaurant-pub nextdoors (Riese Haymon). Within easy walking distance from the Panorama and ski-jump ramp. Bit further from town.
Closeness to busy street, so ask for a room at the back (especially when it gets hot and you' d like an open window....
The shower was meant to close with two sliding doors that meet at a 90 degree angle. But one was stuck open. The beds had a sagging spot.
Everything was amazing, very helpful stuff, close to everything, rooms are nice and spacious. Great parking. Would recommend to everyone.
-excellent breakfast -very good staff -very clean room
a little too far from the centre
Limited but decent breakfast selection. Location is very good and close to train and streetcar station. Free parking, if you can get one of the two spots. Friendly staff.
They were vacuuming at 8:30 am, and you can hear everything. The walls are paper-thin and you can hear all the noise in the night and morning from people opening and closing doors.
Staff friendly, & helpful
It's clean and inexpensive.
The toilet space is like an airplane; the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel. Breakfast is pretty basic.
wifi location dosent have revergaiter
Staff super friendly and helpfull
The beds were two joined singles, so was not confortable for a couple used for a proper double or queen bed...
Very good, big room, good location, very good breakfast.
No fridge in room.
Clean and comfortable - nice rooms with good ensuite. Approx. 10-12 minutes walk to Innsbruck old town. Friendly staff, very nice breakfast.
Reasonable price for fit room and breakfast. Near Bergisel ski jump stadium approached by tram. 15-20 minutes walking to train or old town. Double door security.
No 24-hour reception available. Receptionist will come to the hotel about 06.15 am And you cannot leave the key at counter if you go earlier. You may leave the key in front of your room. Quite noisy during the night.
