Our family-run hotel is centrally located right behind Vienna’s town hall, in the heart of the Josefstadt, one of the city’s nicest districts.

Tradition and Viennese hospitality are the features of our hotel. Thanks to its excellent location, it is ideally suited for business travelers and tourists alike. All rooms in this Art Nouveau building are comfortable and equipped with modern amenities. Our superior rooms face the garden, with some having their own balcony.

Area information

The hotel is located close to many famous Viennese sights, such as the Imperial Palace (Hofburg) with the world-famous Spanish Riding School, the old university, the Town Hall, the Museum Quarter and the Museums of Fine Arts and of Natural History. You can easily reach all these sites on foot.

If you are fond of Vienna’s culture you will especially enjoy the proximity of our hotel to the Opera, the „Volkstheater“, the „Burgtheater“ and the "Theater in der Josefstadt”.

There also many different restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, from typical Viennese to Italian, Spanish and gourmet restaurants. We can reserves tables for you at the reception.

Very friendly and polite staff. Walking distance from the Townhall square.

Extremely small room. Bed and the table took certainly more than 60% of the floor space (even bathroom was bigger than the living room). Internet was very-very slow (max 56 kB).

The room was small and dark. The carpet was not very clean and the floor was uneven. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
