部屋は非常に広く、清潔でした。ウォークインクローゼットもあり、長期滞在にはいいと思います。（１泊だけ- だったので、使用しませんでした）バスルームも広く、ジャグジーバスだったので、旅の疲れをしっかりとるこ- とができました。朝食のバイキングもメニューが豊富でおいしく、快適に過ごせました。 チェックインの時、スタッフが１名だけで忙しそうにしていました。電話対応に追われており、なかなかチェッ- クインできず、挙句、電話をしながらルームキーを渡されたのですが、部屋に入っていいのかわからず困りまし- た。チェックアウトの時も同様、時間がかかりました。 |

Very nice hotel with marble bathroom, waterjet tub, large room etc.. The location is right in the center of Graz. Free wifi. At this price (87 Euros breakfast included) this is a really a place to recommend. Breakfast was ok but not at the level of the rest of the hotel. |

I would say the location of the hotel in old town that will make you see the place better, as well the staff were really helpful that they opened the resturant for us for early breakfast one hour earlier than regular time without asking them for this. As well they can give u good recommendation for the places u should visit and the resturant you can eat in especially for Muslims. I would say that the resturant was closed on Sunday and Monday when we have checked in that we would prefer knew about in our booking conformation. As well the channels they should add arabic channel as there is not even one. |

Excellent hotel right in the centre of Graz, only a few minutes from the main attractions. Beautifully decorated inside and fully refurbished. Excellent buffet breakfast. Quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely recommendable. |
