I would say the location of the hotel in old town that will make you see the place better, as well the staff were really helpful that they opened the resturant for us for early breakfast one hour earlier than regular time without asking them for this. As well they can give u good recommendation for the places u should visit and the resturant you can eat in especially for Muslims. I would say that the resturant was closed on Sunday and Monday when we have checked in that we would prefer knew about in our booking conformation. As well the channels they should add arabic channel as there is not even one. |

Excellent hotel right in the centre of Graz, only a few minutes from the main attractions. Beautifully decorated inside and fully refurbished. Excellent buffet breakfast. Quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely recommendable. |

Very good position and very nice room in a historical building. Not a very wide choice for breakfast, few towels and gadgets in rooms for a 5-star hotel. |

Breakfast only provided, plenty of flies but not a lot of choice of food. The dust from centuries past still exsist on the stairs. The seating is comfortable if you are under 5 foot tall. Not each room with aircon. Beds as hard as nails, No low allergy equipment available. No kettle for tea in rooms. |

The staff was very helpful. The A/C did not work in the room and temperatures were really hot. The staff did their utmost to find a solution and offered another (better) room. |

Very good service! Just ask and they'll do anything in their power to accomodate you. Location is in the middle of the very nice old town of Graz. |

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa situation, car il est proche des principaux lieux touristiques de Graz. Nous avons été séduits par la gentillesse du personnel, la beauté des lieux et la façon dont ce beau bâtiment ancien a été aménagé. |

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und haben mir als "Graz-Nicht-Kenner" den Stadtplan sehr gut erklärt. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig. |
