Staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the room as the kids had a separate bedroom. Lovely breakfast with a lot to choose from, even the kids liked it. Close to the main station and only a short walk to town. Very nice hotel. The only thing disappointing was the fact a turkish bath/spa was advertised as a feature but this was not available when we stayed there. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. good breakfast and till 10:30am which meant we didnt have to rush around. no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which would have made it perfect. They changed the bed linen and towels every day which was excessive especially with global warming! |

nice location near train station and tourists information center , staff helped us to book a concert and they have 2 entrance which is comfortable |

Achat had a convenient surface parking lot and the location was easily accessible to the main train station and roadways. ACHAT's star rating should be lower, overall. The hotel is outdated and cramped. Furnishings felt cheap and the bathroom was barely functional. The hairdryer seemed from the 1960s - a big wall mounted machine that had little more wind power than me blowing on my own head. :-) And the shower fixtures slipped about spraying water all over the floor. Breakfast was iffy, the food was luke warm and had fruit flies swarming about. The walk to old town is far enough to be problematic for anyone without a lot of energy or with physical issues. Thankfully, the main bus and train line is nearby. Request a room away from the main street - it was warm at night but we couldn't open the window due to noise. |

The location was a little far out of town and not convenient for dining close to the hotel. The only comfortable lounge area was designated for smoking. |

The cost-benefit ratio of this hotel is very good. Close to the city center. The young guy at the reception is very kind until the third question. If you go further than he will not be patient. Another problem (not from the hotel, but from booking.com) is the lack of clarification of the expression "fitness room". I was expecting a room with gym equipment, however, the hotel has only a sauna. The same happened in other hotel in Munich, Germany. |

Excellent staff, especially on Reception( always willing to book a Taxi or Recommend a Restaurant) , with Spacious room with Large Bathroom, Very comfortable with good breakfast & nice bar. Only 10 minute walk to Mirabell Gardens & 20 mins to Old Town. We will definately stay again. Outdoor Restaurant in evenings, Unable to eat inside. |

The rooms were very clean and roomy. We were only there for one night with our grown children but the rooms were quiet even though they were on the street side. The air conditioning didn't work in our children's room and they had to switch rooms late in the evening. It took the desk manager a while to decide that it was the airconditioning and not something that we had done before he offered a change of rooms. The location was a bit far from the sites and it was difficult to find food later in the evening without walking back to the center of town. |

the only draw back was smoking people throughout the hotel. Even though there is a smoking lounge the smoke was throughout the hotel. We couldn't ecscape it. Also, not very smart to place the internet room in the smoking lounge! being asmatic it coused me problems. |

The hotel did not leave upto the standards of a 4 star hotel. We had to change our room twice - first because we were alloted a twin bed when we had booked a double bed. In the 2nd room, the lights were not working. In the 3rd room we had problems with the bathtub being continously clogged. Also tea and coffee in the room were not replinished on the 2nd day. Despite the room being cleaned, used tea cups were still left behind. We complained once - and only one of the hotel reception staff was very helpful. The other 2 did not really show much concern. Hence overall service was poor. Also though the hotel is close to Mirabel gardens, it is a good 15-20 minute walk from the key attractions in and around Mozart Platz. |

Open parking availability We reduced reservations from 4 to 3 (!) rooms 26 hrs before arrival time, which is officially declared 2:00 pm. Nevertheless, when cheking in, we were told the cancellation had to be made 24 hours before arrival date (that is 00:00 am). There was nothing to do to convince hotel: we had to pay for one night: this lack of flexibility will keep us far from this location for the next years. |

The room was very quaint, decorated with "old European" charm. I was surprised to find a small seating area upon entering, which was very nice. I chose the hotel because it was close to the train station. It worked out great. |

Air conditioning worked very well and was well needed. The location of htis hotel is excellent for viewing Rome on foot. The staff was very nice, the breakfast decent and fresh. We had a beautiful large deck in our suite with a nice table and chairs. It was lovely. We were fine with it, but it would not be easy access for someone who can't do stairs. The elevetor is up one flight of stairs and is very small. |
