The reception staff was nice to answer questions.Close to central railway station. The bed size of simgle room is very small. The window must be closed otherwise the noise will be terrible. |

Good room and hotel facilities, as well as great breakfast. Good value for money. Location not so close to downtown. Our room was in front of a busy and noisy street. Guests should ask for backyards rooms that are more quiet. |

The hotel room was spacious and the hotel is located narrow attractions. There was no food at the blackfast and the room was a little bit dirty especially under bad. |

Staff very friendly and efficient.Had to leave at 5am ,but no problem to provide a basic bread/meat /cheese snack.Had large car park ,good value at 6euro a night. Room allocated was grade lower than paid for,but quickly fixed and upgrade given. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the room as the kids had a separate bedroom. Lovely breakfast with a lot to choose from, even the kids liked it. Close to the main station and only a short walk to town. Very nice hotel. The only thing disappointing was the fact a turkish bath/spa was advertised as a feature but this was not available when we stayed there. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. good breakfast and till 10:30am which meant we didnt have to rush around. no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which would have made it perfect. They changed the bed linen and towels every day which was excessive especially with global warming! |

Achat had a convenient surface parking lot and the location was easily accessible to the main train station and roadways. ACHAT's star rating should be lower, overall. The hotel is outdated and cramped. Furnishings felt cheap and the bathroom was barely functional. The hairdryer seemed from the 1960s - a big wall mounted machine that had little more wind power than me blowing on my own head. :-) And the shower fixtures slipped about spraying water all over the floor. Breakfast was iffy, the food was luke warm and had fruit flies swarming about. The walk to old town is far enough to be problematic for anyone without a lot of energy or with physical issues. Thankfully, the main bus and train line is nearby. Request a room away from the main street - it was warm at night but we couldn't open the window due to noise. |

The cost-benefit ratio of this hotel is very good. Close to the city center. The young guy at the reception is very kind until the third question. If you go further than he will not be patient. Another problem (not from the hotel, but from booking.com) is the lack of clarification of the expression "fitness room". I was expecting a room with gym equipment, however, the hotel has only a sauna. The same happened in other hotel in Munich, Germany. |

Excellent staff, especially on Reception( always willing to book a Taxi or Recommend a Restaurant) , with Spacious room with Large Bathroom, Very comfortable with good breakfast & nice bar. Only 10 minute walk to Mirabell Gardens & 20 mins to Old Town. We will definately stay again. Outdoor Restaurant in evenings, Unable to eat inside. |
