lähellä rautatieasemaa erittäin rauhallinen ja hiljainen hotelli.

Asiakaspalvelu oli erinomaista, hotellin henkilökunta antoi hyviä vinkkejä Salzburgista varasi konserttiliputkin puolestamme. Hotellin sijainti erinomainen vain 200 m rautatieasemalta. Aamiainen oli maittava ja runsas, ravintolan henkilökunta olivat ystävällisiä ja iloisia.

Erinomaisesti palveleva henkilökunta kaikilla kriteereillä mitattuna. Erittäin hyvä aamiainen. Hinta-laatusuhde erittäin hyvä. Huoneet tavallista isommat. Valaistu meikkipeili kylpyhuoneessa. Sijainti erinomainen.

Huoneen siivouksessa (poislukien kylpyhuone) toivomisen varaa. Ilmastointi hankala käyttää - ei ohjeita, erittäin äänekäs. Koska yövyimme 2 kertaa, toisella kerralla kylpyhuoneesta puuttui esim. koskteusvoide - pieni juttu, mutta harmillaist, ksoka em. mahdotonta olla itsellä mukana, kun lentää käsimatkatavaroin.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the room as the kids had a separate bedroom. Lovely breakfast with a lot to choose from, even the kids liked it. Close to the main station and only a short walk to town. Very nice hotel.

The only thing disappointing was the fact a turkish bath/spa was advertised as a feature but this was not available when we stayed there.

Location; Restaurant at the property was very good--moderate price and good austrian food.

The cost-benefit ratio of this hotel is very good. Close to the city center.

The young guy at the reception is very kind until the third question. If you go further than he will not be patient. Another problem (not from the hotel, but from booking.com) is the lack of clarification of the expression "fitness room". I was expecting a room with gym equipment, however, the hotel has only a sauna. The same happened in other hotel in Munich, Germany.

Excellent staff, especially on Reception( always willing to book a Taxi or Recommend a Restaurant) , with Spacious room with Large Bathroom, Very comfortable with good breakfast & nice bar. Only 10 minute walk to Mirabell Gardens & 20 mins to Old Town. We will definately stay again.

the only draw back was smoking people throughout the hotel. Even though there is a smoking lounge the smoke was throughout the hotel. We couldn't ecscape it. Also, not very smart to place the internet room in the smoking lounge! being asmatic it coused me problems.

The hotel did not leave upto the standards of a 4 star hotel. We had to change our room twice - first because we were alloted a twin bed when we had booked a double bed. In the 2nd room, the lights were not working. In the 3rd room we had problems with the bathtub being continously clogged. Also tea and coffee in the room were not replinished on the 2nd day. Despite the room being cleaned, used tea cups were still left behind. We complained once - and only one of the hotel reception staff was very helpful. The other 2 did not really show much concern. Hence overall service was poor. Also though the hotel is close to Mirabel gardens, it is a good 15-20 minute walk from the key attractions in and around Mozart Platz.

The room was very quaint, decorated with "old European" charm. I was surprised to find a small seating area upon entering, which was very nice. I chose the hotel because it was close to the train station. It worked out great.
