Hotellin henkilökunta oli hyvin avuliasta. Hotellin sijainti aseman lähellä oli junalla liikkuvalle kätevää ja vanha kaupunki oli kuitenkin ihan kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellipakettiin kuuluva Sound of Music kiertoajelu oli hieno ja hotellissa oli ilmainen Sound of Music-elokuva kanava. Aamupala oli runsas ja monipuolinen. |

Erinomaisesti palveleva henkilökunta kaikilla kriteereillä mitattuna. Erittäin hyvä aamiainen. Hinta-laatusuhde erittäin hyvä. Huoneet tavallista isommat. Valaistu meikkipeili kylpyhuoneessa. Sijainti erinomainen. Huoneen siivouksessa (poislukien kylpyhuone) toivomisen varaa. Ilmastointi hankala käyttää - ei ohjeita, erittäin äänekäs. Koska yövyimme 2 kertaa, toisella kerralla kylpyhuoneesta puuttui esim. koskteusvoide - pieni juttu, mutta harmillaist, ksoka em. mahdotonta olla itsellä mukana, kun lentää käsimatkatavaroin. |

The room was extremely clean and the service at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Also the restaurant was good. We had a room by the street and it was so noisy we couldn't keep the window open, which made the room stuffy. To be fair we did not ask to be moved or ask for a fan. We were too tired and just wanted to sleep. |

The hotel was in the city but had friendly amendities. Parking was very convenient. The breakfast was nice both mornings we were there. Air Conditioner didn't blow air and we faced the street where it was very noisy with the window open. |

Although it is close to train station it is in a poor location with a 20 plus minute walk to old town. It was very poor value for the money. |

Excellent location, very close to the train station, and within walking distance to the main sights. Restaurant in the hotel very classy with excellent service, fresh food, great menu. Breakfast included in room price was very good with a great variety of food. Room and bathroom were very clean, bright, and comfortable. Free , working good Internet. Staff very polite and helpful |

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Close to the old city not too far to walk. Very close to Mirabella Gardens. Restaurant down stairs - good food. We had rooms overlooking the very large carpark - very quite. Rooms were big enough and bathroom quite spaceous and modern. Some restaurants near by. Would certainly stay at this hotel again and recommend to other travellers, |

The location - 1/2 way between the main train station and Mirabell Gardens. Great parking facilities. The hotel offered wireless internet throughout the hotel. The first day I arrived, it worked. The second day it did not, even right next to the wireless router. It took me two days to convince the staff that it was not my computer that was the problem, but their wireless router. They finally called IT and the entire box needed to be replaced. I lost two days of work because of this. |

The staff is their biggest asset - very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast . Free internet. Close to most tourist attractions. Big clean rooms. |

The staff at the hotel was helpful and friendly. Was quite far from the main sites and while the room was okay, there was nothing great about it. It was functional only. |

We thought the staff were excellent very friendly and helpful, we were pleasantly suprised as to how close we were by walking to the old town also how much easier it was to park rather than had we been in one of the hotels in the old town and the ease of access to go out of the city for day trips. We would definately stay again Martin Saunders |

The staff and facilities in this hotel were wonderful. We arrived at 10am and check-in was at 2pm. The receptionist was so friendly and offered to keep our bags. The hotel was very close to the station as indicated and only about a 15 minute walk into the old town. The rooms were clean, comfortable and there was a complimentary bottle of champagne to start our trip with a smile. |
