je n'y suis pas resté assez longtemps ! je ne peux donc pas faire un long commentaire! le dressing n'est pas pratique à l'utilusation , la porte coulissante reste à moitié bloquée ce qui nous a demandé des accrobaties pour ranger nos vetements!! nous aurions aimé disposer d'un plateau cafe ou thé dans la cnambre ,ce qui est toujours tres apprecié apres une journée de visite ! pour le reste c'etait assez correcte |

La situation géograhique de l'hôtel à proximité de la gare et du centre historique, le petit-déjeuner, le parking spacieux et facile d'accès ainsi que le Wi-Fi gratuit. Le personnel était très acceuillant et il y avait une certaine ambiance dans cet hôtel. Notre chambre familiale était un peu petite et mal organisée? Chambres communiquantes avec système de portes difficilement accèsible, mais ceci n'est qu'un point mineur. |

L'accueil du personnel, la chambre. Les menus sont uniquement en allemand et anglais. Il ne faut pas oublier qu'il y a aussi des francais, des italiens, des espagnols. Tout le monde ne parle l'anglais |

l'excellent sauna, la qualité de l'accueil, petit déjeuner copieux et restaurant valable, excellente isolation, parking privé un peu loin du centre historique, chambre un peu petite. |

The room was extremely clean and the service at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Also the restaurant was good. We had a room by the street and it was so noisy we couldn't keep the window open, which made the room stuffy. To be fair we did not ask to be moved or ask for a fan. We were too tired and just wanted to sleep. |

The hotel was in the city but had friendly amendities. Parking was very convenient. The breakfast was nice both mornings we were there. Air Conditioner didn't blow air and we faced the street where it was very noisy with the window open. |

Although it is close to train station it is in a poor location with a 20 plus minute walk to old town. It was very poor value for the money. |

Excellent location, very close to the train station, and within walking distance to the main sights. Restaurant in the hotel very classy with excellent service, fresh food, great menu. Breakfast included in room price was very good with a great variety of food. Room and bathroom were very clean, bright, and comfortable. Free , working good Internet. Staff very polite and helpful |

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Close to the old city not too far to walk. Very close to Mirabella Gardens. Restaurant down stairs - good food. We had rooms overlooking the very large carpark - very quite. Rooms were big enough and bathroom quite spaceous and modern. Some restaurants near by. Would certainly stay at this hotel again and recommend to other travellers, |

The location - 1/2 way between the main train station and Mirabell Gardens. Great parking facilities. The hotel offered wireless internet throughout the hotel. The first day I arrived, it worked. The second day it did not, even right next to the wireless router. It took me two days to convince the staff that it was not my computer that was the problem, but their wireless router. They finally called IT and the entire box needed to be replaced. I lost two days of work because of this. |

The staff is their biggest asset - very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast . Free internet. Close to most tourist attractions. Big clean rooms. |
