実は、部屋にあったアンケート用紙に書いてこようかと思ったくらいですが、5月22日の20時頃、初めてサウナバスに入ろうと思って、タウンターに行きました。スタッフが居らずベルを鳴らしたが、すぐに来ない。一人、窓側のテーブルの上を片付けていたおじさんがいたが、その人がやおら片付け終わってやって来た。まず、この行為に驚いた。そして、バスタオルだけをくれた。サウナに行って見ると、ロッカーがあって、鍵がかかっている。再び、カウンターに行き、件のおじさんに言うと鍵をくれた。ロッカー内には、バスタオル、バスローブが置いてあった。要するにおじさんは、私がベルを鳴らしたら、すぐに来て、ロッカーの鍵を渡し、使い方を説明すべきであった。やるべきことをやらず、余計なことをやっただけであった。後で鍵を返すとき、これを言ったが、「既に別の人から鍵を貰っていて、バスタオルが無かったから、それを取りに来たのだと思った。...

朝食は美味しかった。駅から近いのはメリット。

トイレとバスルームがあたかも別のように書かれているけれど、実際はシャワーのみの部屋の方が多く、たまたまバスタブ付の部屋が空いていたから、チェックインごに替えてもらうことができたが、元々シャワーのみだと思ってバスタブがあるのと、バスタブ付で選んでシャワーしかないのとでは、話が違うので、そこのところの表記をなんとかして欲しいと思った。

朝食ビュッフェで、紅茶が、ティーバッグではなく缶入りの茶葉が何種類も用意されていて、選んでティーポットに茶葉を入れて飲むことができ、美味しかった。

シャワールームは綺麗でしたが、バスタブがなかったのが残念。

場所も便利でホテルの部屋およびバスルームも清潔で価格以上の満足でした

バスルームが広く快適。シャワールームがあり、バスタブではゆっくりとお湯につかることができた。目の前にスーパーがあり買い物に便利。

The room was extremely clean and the service at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Also the restaurant was good.

We had a room by the street and it was so noisy we couldn't keep the window open, which made the room stuffy. To be fair we did not ask to be moved or ask for a fan. We were too tired and just wanted to sleep.

Excellent location, very close to the train station, and within walking distance to the main sights. Restaurant in the hotel very classy with excellent service, fresh food, great menu. Breakfast included in room price was very good with a great variety of food. Room and bathroom were very clean, bright, and comfortable. Free , working good Internet. Staff very polite and helpful

The location - 1/2 way between the main train station and Mirabell Gardens. Great parking facilities.

The hotel offered wireless internet throughout the hotel. The first day I arrived, it worked. The second day it did not, even right next to the wireless router. It took me two days to convince the staff that it was not my computer that was the problem, but their wireless router. They finally called IT and the entire box needed to be replaced. I lost two days of work because of this.

My room seemed to have been newly updated. It was clean and comfortable

Good location, at a walking distance from the old city center. Excellent breakfast and free private parking behind the hotel.
