Dobre położenie. Łatwy dojazd oraz wygodne miejca parkingowe. Dobra obsługa w recepcji. Brudne parapety, zakurzone meble. Po powrocie ze śniadania o godz. 8:40 pokój był już sprzątany, nasze ręczniki na podłodze, opryskana środkiem dezynfekującym cała łazienka i tp.!! Do wyjazdu z hotelu pozostawało ponad 3 godziny! Nieprofesjonalna obługa kielnerów przy kolacji - dramat! |

Excellent reception staff very helpful. Good choice at breakfast. Although food was good for evening meal the service left a lot to be desired. Order incorrectly taken, totally ignored us trying to attract their attention even though only 4 tables occupied We were made to feel very uncomfortable. Following evenings forced to eat in town either 15 minute walk in rain or 20euro return taxi. |

The hotel is very good in terms of location, cleanliness and services. In terms of confort, I missed a bigger bed (I stayed in a single room) and also the option of having pillows with different densities (the pillows were quite comfortable but a bit too soft for me with no option of a harder one) |

Staff were very accomodating and breakfast available early on day of departure which was very much appreciated. Sauna facilities Lack of key for locker and lack of additional towels for use at sauna. Advised to use room towels but not easy to get dry. |

The included breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very close to the train station. It was very convenient. The room had great sound proofing. They charge too much for wireless internet access. At this day and age this should be a free service. |

We found the hotel to be well located - within walking distance from the station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was great - a goo spread. The dinner at the restaurant was also very nice. Left a good warm feeling - in typical Austrian style. The room could have been a bit bigger. |
