地点很好，离火车站大约6,7分钟脚程，附近有BILLA超市，房间布置温馨，每天都有送莫扎特巧克力球，入住期间不小心打碎了他们家- 的漱口杯，结账的美女安慰说没关系的，在深秋的萨尔斯堡感觉特别温暖。

配套比较全，房间也大，距离火车站很近，交通便利，门口有一个超市，十分方便。酒店设施齐全，有电热水壶和- 附送的咖啡、茶、纯净水等，可以赶上中国国内酒店的配套了，这也是此次欧洲之行住到的条件最好的酒店，而且- 是在同等价位的条件下。

距火车站近，方便。酒店干净整洁，温馨舒适

房间干净舒适, 比较大. 车子可以直接停在酒店的院子里,比较方便.酒店对面就有一个超市, 可以方便采购食品.

酒店的位置离市中心有点距离,虽然被告知步行15分钟到旧城中心,可是我们走了超过30分钟. 比较近的景点是米拉贝尔花园,15分钟步行时间. 附近可以吃早餐的地方不多, 酒店的早餐品种选择很少.

三人房是紮實的三張床，房間大，浴室很舒適！房間還提供免費無線上網與熱水壺跟茶包，超貼心！

Spa and sauna was amazing to be relaxed. Good location. Not too far from the train station and close to the shop. All the staff was helpful and kind.

The hotel met every expectation of a clean ,comfortable 4 star hotel.The lobby was welcoming ,as was the reception staff. The rooms were spacious, and spotlessly clean. But it was the extra touches that really made our stay special. Chocolates on the pillow, punch and water in the foyer. All in all the experience was very positive.

A small quibble, but not very negative, no shampoo.

Great location. Very good value for the money. On bus line to old town. All in all a real bargin.

Large, clean family room, in a good hotel, very close to the train station, and a twenty mins walk by the river to the centre.

The hotel sign was just outside the room, so there was light in the room at night. Not being able to open the window due to the noise from the street. When the windows were closed though there was absolutely no noise.

There was only one reception staff, and when she was tending to other things or customers you'll have to wait a few minutes, but they are very friendly and helpful.

We found diapers in the trashcan-must be from prev. Guests. This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a bed/breakfast, at least. The hotel is very dated, I mean that. The accessories from lights, lamps, tv, furniture looks like items from a flea market (not antiques, mind you). We stayed out very late, so we don't hang out in the room. My daughter thought she was in a retirement home. If you stay on the 1st floor, you hear the traffic.

Handy location a short walk to city centre.

Hotel was within easy walking distance from the train station (5min.) and the Old Town (20min.). Breakfast was really good, good selection of bread and pastries, tee/coffee, fruit etc. Nice looking lounge with refreshments at the reception. There were also a water kettle and tee/coffee in the room, which was handy because we were travelling with a baby. Large, renovated bathroom.

Our triple room was a bit small for three adults and a baby, but ok for just two nights.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Other reviews I had read about it mentioned that it was quite a walk into the old town. It is true that it takes a few minutes to walk to the old town, however the walk allows you to see other areas of the city. The hotel is also close to the Mirabel Palace and Gardens. As everything in Salzburg City is easy to reach I'd have to say the location was perfect for us. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast buffet and a really exquisite smell in the hotel reception made by the beautiful advent candles decorating the area. There is a warm, welcoming feel to the place and it is nice and bright. The complimentary mulled wine and treats in reception were also a lovely touch.
