We found the hotel to be well located - within walking distance from the station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was great - a goo spread. The dinner at the restaurant was also very nice. Left a good warm feeling - in typical Austrian style. The room could have been a bit bigger. |

The staff was amazing and willing to answer any questions we had and helped us find our way around Salzburg. Even the kitchen staff was great. The breakfast was good (but get there early to get a taste of everything). The room was very nice and clean. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. |

The easy access to public transportation, the sauna, and the breakfast was excellent. The family room was a good set up for 2 parents, 2 kids. When taking a shower, the bathroom floor got lots of water in it. Maybe a shower curtain or a sealed water shield would work better. |

Breakfast was good, mattresses were good. I didn't like how the "one big bed" was two pushed together. Also, upon check in I asked if we were on the loud side of building I was told "yes but there is no noise, let me know if you want to change." I arrived and didn't hear noise so unpacked, but then I opened a window for air and realized it was a choice between air or silence. We chose silence, so other side would have been better. |
