Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged AUD 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Upon check-in, a credit card along with photo ID is required. The authorised signatory for the credit card must also be a registered guest. A cash bond may also be required.

Wonderful staff very helpful we were able to drop our luggage early. Great view, lovely apartment very clean and comfortable. Restaurants near by. Taxi and trams almost at the door. Walk to Southern Cross railway and airport shuttle with lockers for luggage. Very pleasant stay will definately stay again for longer next time. |

access to harbourtown Initially we could not find the accomodation and were directed by another company's office who rang through for us. Loung suite was low quality and not usable you had to lie on it not sit. Glasses were all water stained .and noise from other tenants was a problem. The door lock was falling from the door . |

That we were made welcome on our arrival and ani's contact with us . The privacy was excellent and all the facillities at our door step,and the view from the apartment was awesome. Minor but the rubbish bin in our kitchen was broken. |
