The B&b is exquisite in its eclectic decor. The place is easy to find, the bed was so comfy, the water was hot with good pressure in the outdoor shower and the breakfast was a delicious treat. Highly recommend and would stay again. There is a microwave, tea and coffee, a heater if needed (not needed on my stay as was so cosy) and eco home touches everywhere. It’s so quiet and relaxing, loved it. The family are so welcoming and the dog is the cutest.

This B&B is a stone building and self-contained accommodation with a double bed, lounge and dining room, kitchenette and bathroom that has been newly renovated with a charming style. The property features all the modern comforts including reverse cycle air conditioning, flat-screen TV and DVD player. A La Folly features a courtyard surrounded by lovely gardens. A pizza oven and a barbecue are available as well. Meals can be cooked for guests, in the style of "cuisine du monde" meaning that you can taste a sample of different foreign and Australian fusion dishes. Guests enjoy free pancakes or French crêpes. There’s nothing like a restorative weekend in nature to refresh and reset. Surrender to mother nature’s nurturing embrace as you wake up to the sound of birds. Our B&B is a retired dairy farm which housed the first female blacksmith in Australia and a couple of artists who left scattered in the gardens some of their art pieces. While we made sure to provide the modern comfort during the renovations we took care in keeping the rooms as authentic as possible, yesteryear artifacts and paint stains on the floor included. A La Folly is a great place to relax with your favorite person, suitable for one couple. Very young children are not allowed as this is intended a cozy getaway for a couple, sorry. However, children over the age of 12 could accompany an adult. On the other hand well behaved pets are welcome to stay in your room with you. Being in the country side we have an extensive wild life, including around 30 bird species. Our gardens are bursting with native plants showcasing a wide range of Eremophila. This combination makes our place idyllic to relax and regenerate.
Rob and I are originally from Western Australia, well at least Rob was born and raised in Busselton WA, as for me I'm from Paris France and have been leaving in your wonderful country since 2002. We have been involved in hospitality and always wanted to create a special place ourselves as a  bed and breakfast, but couldn't find the ideal spot, to our criteria anyway, in WA. So we sold everything, bought a caravan and started to tour around Australia chasing the dreamed land. Some people find it strange but it's in Murray Bridge that our travel took us where we found a wonderful collection of stone buildings that look down to the Murray river and we felt in love with the property which is now our home.
We realised that Murray Bridge was quite well positioned to a lot of regional attractions within an hour or so and the town has all the amenities for the traveller and a welcoming country town feel. We are situated at 15 mn from the "Monarto Safari Park" and 20 mn from the "Tailem bend racing track".
