Position was excellent, close to transport and city mall

Very basic hotel and the room was small.

Bed was comfy, room was modern and clean. Great location.

Room was so small, nowhere even to put the suitcase, nowhere to sit!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was very convenient, in the cbd. Rooms were very well maintained.

Queen room was very small, with only one bedside table and no room for luggage.

Come day 3, they don't fill up ur tea bags, toilet was not washed up to my standard but acceptible, paited some thing in the hotel gave an unpleasant smile but temporary

The location is excellent for in-city or near city weekends.

The way they put a $100 hold on your credit card to cover 'other charges'. When checking out, even once the room payment has been made, this charge takes 7-10 working days to be removed from the credit card. Also, using a Credit Card attracts an addition 1.5% over the advertised room rate.

Nice and central to shopping and work. Clean, pleasant staff.

Rooms are a bit small for an extended stay.

The location was good and staff were good too. I will have to stay there again then I can tell you more.

The only thing I didn't like was light was getting into the room past the curtains. But everything else was good

On two days there was no milk in the fridge.. I had to ring reception and then I was supplied.

There is a club / restaurant right next door to the hotel that is really noisy. I was up on the 5th floor and couldn't sleep with my window open. I think it is to expensive for what it is. The week before I stayed in the Hilton for less - yes it was at a special rate, but so was this hotel.

Decently renovated hotel, hides its age fairly well.

Looks like the only way to enter the hotel is by stairs, there are only a few but not fun when carrying heavy bags. Ouch! Raised entry to bathroom = ouch! when you forget it is there. Poor design. A toaster in the room would be nice.

They provided free luggage storage, free ice in lovely silver ice buckets, the check in and check out was very quick and problem free. Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning cooled the room in no time at all, great in muggy Perth.

They didn't tell us about a delivery charge for room service until the food was at our door. On two of our five days stay the well-filled waste paper basket was not emptied.

Good location, good price and a clean room which is all I was looking for :)

The staff are always very helpful. Check in and Check out is quick and efficient. It is very clean and very close to all amenities in the city.

The airconditioner in my room did not work.

The bed was extremely comfortable.

The lack of parking for guests and the staff member that I spoke to on the phone or the one that checked me in.

Being one of the cheaper hotels in Perth I expected the worse but was pleasantly surprised, the rooms were clean and tidy and had everything in them that you need. Restaurant was good, bar was fine
