We liked it's proximity to the city centre, a 2 minute walk at the most! the restaurant and bar were also an asset as it meant you did not have to go out for meals when tired. The travel information for tourists in the lobby was also great, many different options were offered. The noise from the bar downstairs was minimal too. The only thing I did not like was that when we put our room service ordered meal outside when finished, it stayed in the corridor for almost 24 hrs, along with one or two other rooms plates. This must go against health regulations surely?? |

I was traveling alone but I was made to feel safe and secure in the hotel and by the staff on duty. The hotel is in a great location for shopping and dining. I would stay again but with my family next time. Thank yoou Just once my bed was not properly made |

the room was neat and tidy good for a couple or for one, the hotel location is great close to all the malls, food courts and clubs within 2mins walk which is fantastic. The only thing that I didn't like about Aarons was the lack of customer service on entry. The person that booked us in was the duty manager he didn't tell us about any of the services that the hotel offered, had to ask if there was iron and ironing board we could use only then we were told about the laundery, other than that our stay was pleasent. |

The location, close to the cbd.Nothing else. The first room was small with a tiny double bed, the bath was filthy, the shower head was broken. We then moved rooms, room size and bed was O.K. bath also filthy, right above a busy street so could not get much sleep due to traffic/people shouting, then the toilet broke, continually flushing, the light casing was also missing from the bathroom light. Asked staff twice to clean the bath but was never done, light case and toilet were eventually fixed on our last but one day. We asked if they would be willing to offer compensation and we were told the manager would contact us but never did, also made us pay up front !!! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone,it is more like a backpackers hostel but charging hotel prices. |

The room was very clean. The phone in my room did'nt work.I pointed this out to the guy at reception but unfortunately the phone remained out of order for my entire stay.I was rather annoyed as I fancied using room service! |

I stayed in room 103, quite spacious, enough storage room but lack of pressure with the toilet during peak times. My sister was in room 107, far smaller and also had problems with the toilet system. |

It, was close to the centre of the city. I work in the Hospitality industry in Port Hedland at the Hospitality Inn as a receptionist. I was not impressed with some of the staff, not real friendly or helpful, working in this type of industry they are your main things to be able to communicate with the guests and be as pleasant and helpful as you can |
