Overpriced for the shabby appearance
The staff couldn't help us more, Cosy cabin, beautiful views, and saw a wombat grazing on the grass out the front of the unit at night. Will definitely stay again.
There was no cutlery or plates in the cabin.
Very spacious and comfortable room at very good price
Staff were wearing their frustration in theirs sleeve. Friendly and helpful but a little unprofessional
Friendly staff best I found anywhere, fantastic views, ok needs little updating but clean and everything you need. Would like to thank staff for fantastic time.
Spacious, tastefully furnished room. Very pleasant proprietors and staff.
No wifi in our room though it was available in the dining room.
Clean tidy room and linen. Was good enough for a last minute booking for sure.
When booking it said we didn't need a deposit and that we'd preferred cash paying yet the money was taken off the credit card anyway.
Excellent location, right next to the lookout point. Free continental breakfast.
Noisy neighbours at night. Rooms are a bit dated but still value for money. No life saving facilities at poolside.
the smell of the room; kids got red eyes in the morning; odd layout of the rooms
room was ok bed ok airco in the wrong spot should be in the room further ok
bed was hard an made noises breakfeast very basic
Rooms are a little dated, but had everything we needed. One of our best motel stays.
no DVD player
We paid $300 for 1 night in an extremely low quality room. I would rather sleep in my car then ever go there again!
Everything! A eco- lodge rebranded. We would have moved elsewhere if it wasn't the holidays and all other hotels were full.
We were disappointed with the room.So much so that we were contemplating seeking other accomodation. It was late in the day so we were unsure about vacancies so decided to stay.. The air conditioner in our room no.7 did not work and we had problems getting someone to take notice of us.Finally a young man who called himself 'the facilities manager'found that it was broken but we were able to change rooms. The free 'continental'breakfast was basic. Juice not cold enough. Butter out on a table and oozing. People wanting a full breakfast had to serve themselves in an unattended kitchen.
Could do with a bit of TLC but it was clean and staff were friendly. We had breakfast at all our destinations on this trip but this venue was way behind the other facilities with their breakfast menu, setting and methods of serving.
Bedding was fresh and clean.
The landscaping around the property is a total eyesore. The interior of the accommodation needs urgent modernising and refreshing. I am very unlikely to return as a result unfortunately.
Free continental breakfast. Separate bedroom for kids. Great views.
less BBQ areas
Close to the beach and town centre
Very basic breakfast included free, despite not mentioned booking.com site. Breakfast available until 10.00. The 3 staff I met were friendly.
Some fruit at breakfast would be welcome.
Friendly and helpful staff. No probkem with us arriving early. Value for money , and breakfast unexpectedly provided.Very quiet , although road nearby.View from lookout brillant - great for photos.Tea, coffee and milk provided - really lovely after a long journey.
Outside and pool area looking very tired.Would have liked to have used the pool. Would have liked tea and coffee available at breakfast.
The location is perfect, it's only 5 minutes from the main beach and there is this small jetty 5 minutes away from the hotel - very pretty - we stayed there to enjoy the sunset. The view from the front balcony is not bad either. The room is very spacious for 4 adults and the staff was friendly and helpful with directions and attractions
The room has bit of old smell, probably haven't been occupied for a while but it went away once we opened the doors and windows. The breakfast is only staples
The most expensive room on our trip and the poorest. Combined bathroom and kitchenette sink, no crockery, no cutlery, no microwave, no tissues in the tissue dispenser and the breakfast was deplorable compared to other motels we stayed at. Piles of sliced bread on plates with spreads in bowls being attacked by swarms of flies and plastic bottles of cheap fruit juice. Absolutely no style or class. Our recommendation is to pay a little more and stay in a decent motel. We would never stay here again.
Get rid of musty rising damp smell in rooms. This place has great potential, need to refurbish gardens, pool area, serve a healthier breakfast (fresh fruit) ,
Free WiFi Room size great for families Location a very short drive into Lakes Entrance
