I was travelling with my 4 year old grandson and the inclusion of breakfast was great... I could give him breakfast before setting off... Great idea...and didn't cost a cent

The Breakfast was included in the room charge. The kettle didn't fit under the sink so we had to fill up glasses of water to fill it up.

Comfortable, clean - plenty of tea & coffee supplies in room - extra milk readily supplied when requested. I had requested a gluten free breakfast for one when booking on-line. However, when booking in was advised this was not an option - staff member was not helpful at all. Stated "the owner provides a continental breakfast and that is it". I purchased my own cereal and used milk and coffee provided - no rice cakes or G.f bread provided - I would think breakfast costs are included in price of room anyway.

My apartments was roomy with everything I needed it was just like being at home. Staff respected my privacy which I always appreciate.

It was close to all has to be seen in Dubbo The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. (Spring's sticking in you )

It's proximity to the zoo, old part of town and eateries the floors in the s/c studio were very slippery, dangerously so.

It was clean, quiet, & a handy location Staff tidied room one day of a 3 night stay. Shampoo/cond/body soap was very average.

close to everything when making the booking , it said there was a pool (it was broken). the fridge was not set at the right temperature so after a day i had to throw out food .

Hotel staff extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never stay here again and will certainly be letting friends and collegues to stay away and not book this place to stay.

Not much - quite disappointed It was self catering - no spoons or forks, cooking pots not washed, Kettle no clean, sagging mattress (I even flipped the mattress and remade the bed but syill no improvement) old sheets - noted a few holes and stains. I think they must self rate themselves as it is no where near a 4 star or worth the 180 they usually charge ($120 through bookings.com). A very ordinary stay overall. Nothing to recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family that is certain.

Room and facilities i.e. shower spacious. Bed excellent /comfortable. Continental breakfast included and adequate. Small group of Shops and hotels close by for dinner options. Not quite central to town

Friendly staff. Continentl breakfast included spacious room within walking distance of city centre 5 minutes drive from Zoo I didn't like walking through smoking staff who were seated outside the dining area where I had breakfast. The pool gate was locked
