Was great service and really comfortable. Easy to find and great location for shopping and exploring the region. Would stay again and recommend to friends

Could get the DVD player to work but awesome that they have free DVDs to borrow.

The location is excellent and is very near to restaurants, bakeries, supermart, etc. The room was large and the bed was comfy. Amenities well provided - water boiler, toaster, crockery (no forks!), extra blankets and pillows.

Housekeeping could be improved. They also do not wash used crockery and cutlery when they come in for their daily clean-up. Had to ask for more bath soap as it was not refilled.

Booking mix up, but due to actions of receptionist we left happy.

We liked the room set up, friendly staff and lovely breakfast.

We didnt like the bed, too hard and didnt like the curve up by our heads.

The staff were friendly from the moment we arrived and gave us all the information we required, plus breakfast was included which I was not expecting, room was spaciouse and clean with tea and coffee available with milk in the fridge, air conc was available but not required on this accassion, close to all town amenities and restaurants, and a great hub for traveling about the margarate River area. Breakfast at La scapetta was a joy and the staff there were happy and friendly.

we stayed in of the 2 the rear units and my wife was quite dissapointed in the small out door setting and table. She would not sit in the seats as she thought they were a a little dirty. Future stays will be in the front units facing the main road.

Bathroom window handle was broken off and window wouldn't close.

Great Location with offstreet parking. Very nice gardens, room good size and we had a balcony, always a plus point. Nice seating area outside for everyone staying here.

Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The location was very good being just a 5 minute walk to town. Free parking on site was good.

The person on reception was not happy as he thought we had shown up a day late but we had printed confirmation that our trip was only going to be two nights not three as originally planned, it would have been very disappointing if the room was not available when we got there. Breakfast in the restaurant across the road was tasty but the choice was very limited as it was included in the room rate, we could have paid extra for a full menu but that would have defeated the purpose of breakfast being included.

Sheets on bed - grubby. Bed short-sheeted on arrival. No security lock on fly wire door to balcony. Nowhere to wash dishes except vanity unit. No detergent provided. Bedside clock/ipod dock did not work properly - no instructions, very difficult to use. DVD no instructions - no help from reception.

Ease of booking and check in. Centrally located in easy walking distance of shops and eateries. Fairly quiet and comfortable.

The apartment we stayed in was excellent. Furnished and decorated to a high standard.

Close to shops, but far enough to not hear the noise of town. Relaxing atmosphere and very cosy.

Very clean and tidy room + bathroom. Beautiful view of the forest trees from the sliding door. Very comfortable bed. Was worth the stay.

The temperature of the water was hard to adjust in the shower.

Friendly telephone manner when I rang to advise arrival at about 8.30pm the Manager told me that the key would be in an envelope on the notice board. Nice clean room with lovely view over front garden.

Proximity to highway means some traffic noise but this wasn't a major hassle.

We liked the location and the layout. It was quiet and we could walk to restaurants, shops etc. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He runs his business extremely well and efficient. We really enjoyed our time at Adamsons and would recommend it.
