Small space between bed and walls.

right near a train station great location, near a lovely area with lots of choice for food, nice area to walk good for families, the two bedroom apartment was lovely and big and very clean pool was great for the kids a little supermarket very near by for shopping

Proximity to foreshore and CBD. Park the car and walk. Well furnished and equiped. Size and design of apartment great for having visitors.

TV in main room didn't work. Broken desk chair. Stovetop was greasy/needed cleaning. Felt like bacon and eggs for breakfast after a good night.... only serving continental breakfast.

Great location plenty of eateries, cafes, pubs all on the harbour front which was lovely. Close to train station. If you don't mind a nice stroll close to Movie theatre and shops.

Most of the staff at Honeysuckle Apartments looked like they didn't want to be there. Not very clean at all and we had no room service had to use towels more than once. Rubbish bins not emptied. Plenty of bugs around bathroom and kitchen. Had trouble every time we put tv on it wouldn't work.

Accomodation was excellent

Not enough facilities.

Kitchen had all your cooking utensils which is the main reason we got an apartment. Apartment was new and modern very comfortable.

The view was not waterfront we had a view of the trainline.

Photos on Internet indicate spa bathroom which was not the cause not impressed and will not stay with you again!!!!!!!!

Assistant manager was polite upon departure.

Was very disappointed in the front desk service, the employees were rude and rolled their eyes were not very polite or helpful. The 3 day cleaning was disgusiting and the apartment did not cater for the 3 days enough toliet paper , the bins were very small and no extra garbage bags were avavible. The dvd player did not work and took 3 phones and still did fix the dvd. For a 7 day stay and 6 night stay service was very appalling. Will not recommend to others for this serviced aparment nor will I re book. Which is sad to say as the convince of the position of this aparment is the only advantage and good point of the stay.

The size of the apartment and superb location.Very handy to just get off the train and only have a five minute walk.

The apartments are in a great location and very well appointed.

The check-in system is diabolical. Turned up at the address given, then had to go elsewhere to pick up the keys and was given another address of where I was actually staying. Wasted $ 30 in taxi fares. Apartment could do with a lot bit of elbow grease. Not as clean as it should be. Oven smelt like rancid grease, fridge seals were mouldy, cleaner had left dirty cleaning cloths on verandah, dubious stains on the carpets and dust. Would be a top place to stay if it was just a little cleaner. And having to return the keys to another address in the morning is just plain ridiculous!

Great spot close to Brewery and other bars. Clean and comfortable

Paying extra for internet and breakfast is over priced

Being within walking distance to restaurants, town, museums etc

It was good value.

The beds being 2 single beds was a little strange.

I payed for a penthouse and did not get one, when i called reception i was told that they couldnt do anything about this without any explanation whatsoever.

Location and proximity to the CBD

I cannot for the life of me understand why I had to cart 20 kiogramms of luggae nearly a kilometer to another hotel to pick up a key and then walk another kilometer back to the apartment. The key was not in teh mail box as advised in the email and so another call to the staff to find teh correct box. I returned to the apartment only to find that the door could not be locked as the key could not be removed from the lock when in the locked position. I just left the key in the lock over night and had to leave the door unlocked during the day. And then having to return the key into a mail box in a hotle one kilometer away.

Not well signed and not at actual address stated i.e. the hotel is called Chevron Appartments and is not on Honeysuckel Drive but is acutaully around the corner.

Loved the space in the apartments and how clean and modern everything was.

Breakfast offerings appeared limited...also when I booked, I was under the impression that I had booked an apartment which I assumed was one of the upper levels, but was 1st floor. Slightly misleading / confusing.

Frumpy unprofessional staff Little hotel information given on check in. Car Park information meagre Car park key that didnt work, got left in the cold locked in a basement. Resident said this happens all the time Car park to Reception key didnt work. Had to wait for a car to leave and then hot foot it to reception, could have died of cold or starvation Need a free stay to make me happy, but might get locked out again.

Location - it is right next to the station. Convenience - they even have a breakfast on the run option (at an affordable price). Service - the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness - the apartments were very clean. The facilities - they had all the essentials plus more. Thanks

We asked them to seperate the beds in each apartment as it was a business trip. They forgot to do so but did send housekeeping to rectify issue. Thanks

Well laid out rooms, plenty of space and well finished.

Difficult to find. Confusing name given there is no obvious Honey Suckle apartments signage a thte site. It should be outlined that the apartment are in the Chifley building.

I like the location as I like to run in the morning and the access to the shore line and beach is excellent. I also like that I can park on the street easily. It is convenient to also bring in my own meals and the kitchen is well equipped.

Unfortunately the tv in the lounge area did not work and the front office staff did come to look at it but could not get it to operate. This was disappointing. There is no bench space in the bathroom. You have to put your toiletrie bag on the top of the washing machine.

Location

The bed had no cover on the matress.therefore my wife and were sleeping on a base with a zipper up the middle covered by a sheet. It was extreamly uncomfortable. Probably the worst accomodation ive stayed in for bed comfort. Broken cord on large blind at balcony door made it difficult to access the balcony. Brocken light globe in bedroom lamp. Extreamly noisy bathroom exhaust fan . Will never stay there again. Ive already told many people at a wedding reception.
