Excellent location and very friendly reception staff

rooms are old and drab. really need to replace bathroom linen.

The vicinity, being close to the city suited us as we were on foot.

When raining, which it did whilst we were there, we were kept awake by the loud dripping onto the outside part of the aircon. Whether the guttering is leaking or it was the aircon condensation from the one above I am not sure, but it was very loud and did keep me and my husband awake.

Location was excellent close to shops and station. Close to bus stop for airport bus.

Not in a very safe area of town for walking out at night. Not staffed after 9.00pm.

A good location reasonable cost

Having a afternoon nap, getting a phone to ask if l was happy with hotel. Asking for a 7.30am wakeup call, the phone rung at 6.40am, l was told the time had not been result, because of day light saving.

Noise through thin walls of adjoining rooms midnight shower which incidentally went for half an hour.

Check in staff member very rude more interested in closing very unprofessional seems she is still working there after numerous encounters with her unprofessional attitude

Very noisy hotel - both from noise in the nearby rooms and outside. Very disturbed night sleep due to the noise.

Room had all the usual eacilities, and which were of a good standard.

1.could not obtain a receipt for monies paid because i was staying another day. 2. seemingly required to hand over $50, when i did not want anything in the fridge. 3. on arrival fridge full of unwanted products. No shower cap

I like the location of this hotel, and also the arrangement by the staff, they are good enough to let me check in early and help to keep, my beg. The room is clean with good tv programs. Toilet are big size. Room space are good.

Lift are a little bit small.

The location, the staff (especially the reception staff starting with directions when we first arrived), the ability to book in our luggage hours before our book in time.

Staff attitude not very customer-friendly. Noise from pub across street. I found a threatening handwritten note on my door.

It smells like deep fry Chinese food all the time!!! Really bad. We asked to the staff for a place for breakfast, and the receptionist said "you can go to McDonalds in the corner". Do not go over there if you travel with kids.

Linen needs to be renewed, a bit old and towels not that fluffy!

Convenience being so central as well as being safe and secure with the Cafe and Little Hotel adjacent which had everything required right on hand.

difficult to find no 24 hour reception no meals and only offer a very poor breakfast pack in room rooms badly needed refurbished internet photos did not accurately portray the poor quality of hotel

Location to the City centre and tram were ideal, and lots of choices of places to eat within walking distance.

Air conditioner was quite noisy, but that was only a minor irritaion, everything else was fine, good value for money.
