A very utilitarian building, the rooms are spacious but rather like jail cells. If you want a view (of the park) the price you'll pay is the noise from the intersection of two major roads. Peeling paint, clapped out noisy fan in bathroom, no power point near desk. "Royal" is a bit pretentious!

All staff where very pleasent and helpful.Handy for the town and a nice park across the road but no crossing close to.

Swimming pool was poor and around eg;sunbathing area unsafe.Room was too close to entrance got woken up when someone was going early in morning.

Like all the facilities and staff were very accommodating nothing was a problem to them

Not much in the way of parking, think I got the last space at the time that I arrived.

The motel was conveniently located to where I was going. Walking distance to the Parade, Norwood and close to the city centre. It was clean and modern, very comfortable, with a lovely restaurant on sight. I would stay again, most definitely

The pool was lovely. The rooms were clean and it was conveniently located near the city and Norwood.

No view from the window and the doors creaked rather loudly.

I thought I was booking directly with the hotel but made the huge mistake of booking through booking.com. Most inflexible system ever could not change booking. For this reason I will never use booking.com again nor will I stay at Royal Coach Adelaide ever again.

Liked the location and the Cooked breakfast, that was great. Front of counter staff.

I didn't like to see all the mould in the shower cubicle and when the water splashed on it chunks of it fell out, the vanity was ols and tatty missing melamine on the outside exposing the chipboard underneath,not something you would expect when paying$239p/n seen better at cheaper hotels, the sewing packed looked reused, there were run marks on the walls, not sure of what fluid it was from, the fridge was not turned on and the drinks were hot, no ice and it was a hot day

This was a special motorsport weekend with the circuit encroaching the hotel. The staff & management ensured customers were looked after despite any obstacle. They did very well.

We liked that you could book in from 1pm and check out prior to 11.00am. However we checked out early at 9.30am as we were not comfortable there.

The bedspread had a stain on it. The room was very small and the window looked out onto a brick wall. The bathroom was very small and we had to walk in and close the door to have easy to the shower

Liked the fact that there was room for 3 in the room and the room was a comfortable size for 3

Ensuite needed a good scrub, pool also needed some attetion but 4 year old grand-daughter had a blast jumping in the deep end
