Altho it is out in the suburbs, it suited my purpose well. It is new; clean; modern; & the room I stayed in at least was huge! Also a bonus - has a kitchen! Loved it & when I visit next, will opt to stay here. Thanks so much! :)

Staff were excellent and responsive to requests. Upgraded us and we were very pleased with the room. Good rates and clean, parking well provided. Would stay again in near future. TV didn't have any way to play DVDs etc, might be a feature for families

I liked the friendly staff at the front desk, they were courteous and helpful. If you wanted to improve your service you could provide a shuttle/taxi service for those couples wishing to go out fpr the evening and drink alchohol (maybe a fee charged to the room for this service) Our room balcony overlooked the car park which is really a poor design idea

Great facilities- perfect size for a day or much longer. Beds very comfy.Great location for shopping and medical appointments. Only downside was the fire alarm at 7.am! Unavoidable obviously but was a bit concerned that our names werent checked off by anyone to make sure everyone was out. And the security deposit of $100- I understand the need but I received a receipt the next morning for the correct amount and 2 days later I still have the larger amount on hold in my account!

We stayed in a studio: very convenient and the price was not outrageous. Good breakfast! The availability of Free WIFI is VERY limited: 30 minutes per day and only in the lobby! I call that VERY old fashioned! WIFI should be free the whole day and throughout the boulding... CERTAINLY in the rooms!

Excellent location - easy walking distance to Hillsong and shopping centre. If you are attending a Hillsong event at the Norwest campus, this is a great place to stay. Comfortable room. Nice kitchen facilities. Covered free parking. Very quiet AC. Friendly staff Spotty housekeeping. Over 10 days, the carpets were not vacuumed, the bathroom sink, mirror and shelf were not cleaned properly. We had to ask for bathroom towels/floor mat on two occasions when they were not provided. Bed linens were not changed when indicated. Very expensive Internet charges (typical of Australia). Noisy lobby Living room TV complicated to work.

Lovely set up and decor. Very clean and comfortable furniture. Great shower. Girl on checkin gave us a late check out which was nice. Guy on front desk sun morning was great. Service in cafe was very poor on Saturday afternoon. We had 40 mins and decided to get a coffee. It didnt arrive and after 25 mins asked to have it takeway. This still took 15 mins and it was cold. Staff did not appear to know what was going on.

My friend and I stayed in a twin room to attend a womens Hillsong Conference just around the corner. Staff on check-in were lovely - and a complimentary upgrade made us feel very special. The cafe downstairs made for a convenient place to eat. The room was more than adequate in facilities - having just returned from America where you are hardpressed to get a kettle in your room - Adina was well equipped for our purposes. On our day of departure, we were woken by a fire alarm about 7.30am and needed to evacuate. The gentleman manager on duty that day dealt with the 'chaos ' very well.
