Great location in the heart of the city, pool on the roof, free parking.

No elevators (and it is a 2-floor-building), loud parties, bad air condition, the bed was on wheels and moving at night while sleeping

room was small and stank. Had to spend most of time siting outside, full bottle of air freshener didn't help.

The rooms were big and not packed full of bunks like other hostels. There was a fridge in the room!

There ware not enough kitchen appliances. It would have been nice to be able to hire cups/spoons/plates ect.

I liked the location of the hostel, many good cafes packed along the streets-

the noise level during the weekends, but also during the weekdays, considering they state that noise must be calmed down at 11am, i thought they didnt enforce this too well.. I was kept up all night with the amount of noise coming down from the front area near reception. I had an issue with my room mates, who brought males into our female only dorm room to intimidate me and they were heavily drunk.. i felt violated in my bed, as i couldnt do anything at all.. when i reported this in the morning, i thought something could be done about it, it states on their posting throughout the hostel, anyone found to make other people uncomfortable, will be asked to leave, i felt this was not the case, and so therefore, i was watching my back during my stay. I will not stay there again.. because of that situation.

This Backpackers is designed like a prison. Bathroom is big but filty dirty, toilet paper is the cheapest of cheap, toilets often left blocked. Bunk beds are of extremely poor standard, matresses are soft and cheap, matresses sink so far that you would be better of either sleeping in a HAMMOCK or put matress on the floor - for 24 Australian Dollars OMG. The owners need to get there shit together and invest back into the business some of the easy money that they are racking in. It would be nice to get some value for money. The dorm room I was allocated to had a cement floor and stunk, the fridge in room hadn't been cleaned for months and was filty. They charge 24 Dollars per night for a 4-6 bed dorm or offer a weekly rate of 125 Dollars. The nightly rate is just pure ridiculous and should be a maximum of 13 dollars per night for this place.

No blankets in room, toilet/shower about 300m's away from room, people smoking out side of my room, people turning on tap in bathroom effecting shower water tempreture, people hitting a hockey ball around my car in the car park, people screaming and carrying on at 6:30am in the morning until the time I checked out and management not doing anything about it, table down below my room in patio area littered with bottles, smoke butts and other rubbish, plus heaps more.

When you are over 64 you shouldn't stay at Backpackers, it was just that there was nothing else available

The room was just ok, the toilet was fairly clean.

The staff and the service were quite poor. It is a backpackers place but still it could be little nicer.

It was very good value and the room I had was basic but fine. I appreciated the ability to have a room independently and to be able to set up and use a laptop on a small table provided.

Having to lump a 20kg suitcase up and down two levels. It takes a taxi fare to get to transport spots.

I could not sleep from around midnight to 5am every night due to people being loud on the benches right outside my room. Unpleasant atmosphere. Felt unsafe.

Camere piccole e arredate molto male, building fatiscente, personale che non rispetta gli orari indicati, cucine luride, non forniscono piatti e tazze (se vuoi te li puoi comprare lì), bagni sporchi e senza acqua calda. Se costasse la metà ci tornerei..

Wir sind nicht geblieben, haben aber anstandslos unser Geld wieder bekommen.

Dunkel, dreckig, stinkig, kein Bad auf dem Zimmer. Unglaublich... Die Bilder truegen ueber die Realität hinweg.

Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Lage recht gut.

die Anlage war sehr ungepflegt. Das Hostel ist eine sehr große Anlage, die vorwiegend von Langzeitmietern bewohnt ist. Nur wenige Backpackers. In der Küche gab es. icht einmal einen Lappen zum abwischen der schmutzigen Tische. Die Ausstattung an Küchengerätschaften ungewöhnlich schlecht. Tassen sind an der Rezeption gegen Kaution zu entleihen. Die Anlage wird nach unseren Beobachtungen nicht regelmäßig gesäubert. Es gibt viel zu wenig Toiletten und Duschmöglichkeiten und die wurden nicht richtig gesäubert.

Noisy. I stayed in a double room and it was so noisy I could not sleep much at all the first night (next day was a holiday) because of the people shouting to each other all night.

Veel onrust, herrie, geschreeuw s nachts, er gelden allerlei regels maar niemand houdt zich eraan. Ik heb me voor het eerst tijdens mijn reis onveilig gevoeld. Geen wifi Mogelijkheid tot internet op 1 computer Oud

Extreme noise. It was a thursday night and there were people up drinking and talking loudly all through the facility until well after 1.30am. Dogs barking, crashing noises and all sorts going on most of the night. We only stayed here as we had to be at the airport by 5am and it seemed close.
