Airport Clayfield Motel  

The location was great for us. Room was good and shower hot.

Room was a little smelly with disinfectant. Would have been useful to know about the luggage lift in advance of hauling it up the stairs.

It was clean and the management is very helpful. It's on the bus route to town or airport, close to shopping.

I was surprised how quiet it was considering the location. very nice affordable.

The bathroom needs to be renovated everything was falling apart.... The toilet systern seemed to be hanging off, the taps weren't sitting right and the shower rose was broken.

The dummy porter was not working when I got in at 2200hrs on Sunday nite! Otherwise I would stay there again

We loved the location, we loved the room, we loved the price for our large family, and will certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

The staff were very helpful and happy. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet even though my room was nearest the busy road. I especially loved the teapot.

Convenient to transport. Close to airport, city and friends. Walking distance to markets, local restaurants and shops.

It was a clean and comfortable motel, conveniently close to the airport for our early morning flight. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was just a 5 minute walk to some restaurants for dinner.

got in at 7.15pm and couldn't order hot brekky. pubic hair in bathroom. small old television,

This motel is quite convenient if wanting to use it for an overnight stay when flying as it is close to the airport. We checked in after the office was closed but had no trouble obtaining our key from their outside safe. You just have to be sure if checking in after 8pm to notify them beforehand and they will give you the combination. The room was clean and the shower was great. Bed comfy and the linen was very soft.Tea and coffee facilities and even a biscuit supplied. I would certainly stay there again.

Would you please pass our thanks on to the young lady who cleaned and serviced Room 4 while we were there. This dear young lady did more than was expected of her in caring and help. Margaret Croxford Appreciate the upgrade re painting etc. and wish you well in the future.

Didn't feel comfortable walking to local eating places because of noisy traffic and the area - wouldn't have done it on my own. The walls seem very thin between rooms 3 & 4 and you can hear more than you need to. Margaret.

The only positive was its proximity to the Brisbane airport.

The area was noisy, the fixtures in the room very old and the ambience not friendly. I won't stay there again.

Convenience and price

1. Close to the airport as I just needed somewhere to stay between flights back home 2. The safe did not work and I was outside for a little too long by myself 3. Aircon worked and the bed seemed comfortable 4. The taxi came promptly after booking a B & W cab the previous night 5. The shower had good pressure for washing my hair

1. The luggage lift did not work - made noise dragging my bag up the stairs 2. A person knocked loudly on my door which fightened me as I was on my own 3. I was able to call for staff help easily when I realised I could not get to my key upon arrival. The lady came out promptly to help.

Relatively close to the Airport, reasonably priced, nice clean rooms, easy walking distance to shops or restaurants, located on a main street but rooms are very quiet. We were very impressed with the motel.

We liked the motel, no complaints, no problems.

The motel was convenient for my workshop at the Clayfield Girls College, was very clean and comfortable and I would be more than happy to stay there again in the future.

Check in was stated as until mn. It was only at the instigation of my hubby that I phoned to state my arrival time of 10pm and was told how to access my room key.

Close to to the location that we required.

The location was good but directions given by Booking.com were right if you were on a early flight. The train that ran to that station had ceased for the day,but with the help of a young lad put us the correct direction to the motel.
