Location as close to the airport without any noise. The restaurant is of good quality. The superior room was well appointed.

The front desk staff was friendly. The location is near the airport & they provide complimentary airport transfers which was good.

It is too far from the city but otherwise suitable for those who have an early flight to catch.

The free shuttle service, the friednliness, fre Wi-Fi the location of our room, the restaurant and most of all an employee named Rick who went way beyond to see that we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions.

The room was a bit small but it was't where you had to walk sideways to get passed any furniture.

The sheets on our bed were beautiful!! The staff were helpful.

The selection for breakfast Could be improved & the variety widened!

The service of the Shuttle Bus to and from the airport is very convenient. All staff are friendly and accommodating. the rooms and surrounding gardens and facilities are clean, neat and tidy.

some appliances had broken bits (e.g. nose of the iron broken & it kept catching on clothes; toaster had broken plastic). maintenance checking of appliances could be improved.

The staff was nice. The van drivers were great and so was the chef at the restaurant. We had a great meal there. The shuttle service was great - took us to a mall and picked us up 4 hours later and also got us to the airport on time. Loved the free wi-fi!

It was a very comfortable stay & Clean & close to the Airport which was important to us.

I was very disappointed that my Flybuys could not be added on. I asked the staff to swipe my card & they had alredy done the bill & said it was too late. Then when I Arrived home also couldnt be added on.Thats the reason I picked Best Western in the first place.Can you fix that problem.

Convenience of location for nearby wedding. Price was reasonable and room comfortable.

Unfortunately due to heavy rain, rooms 65 and 66 were invaded by crickets. Not good for sleep and then noisy cleaners early Sunday morning.

Convenience of location & check in staff had excellent customer service skills

I already left a feedback form on the long black hairs that were found on my sheets when I went to sleep that night, solo traveller and I do not have black nor long hair. Very dissapointing and disgusting.

The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Information was volunteered about places to go and the cheapest way to get there. Free printing in the reception. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good wifi service.

Nothing - would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

I always stay here when transitting Melbourne because it's clean, convenient and in a quiet location. I also like the garden setting/balcony to sit on, and the choice of sleeping with just the flywire door locked.

Friendly helpful staff, hotel transport was good - very good food - room was good with good en suite.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was very punctual and both times the driver helped with heavy luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

we stayed on a Saturday night and there seemed to be a large group of teenage boys staying. I don't know if it was down to them or not but there was loud music playing until after midnight. Although it didn't particularly bother us, this was an airport motel with people staying who may have had to get up for an early flight, and there were families with young children staying too. Staff should really have put a stop to it earlier.

I was travelling alone with an extremely heavy suitcase, you need to improve the entrance to reception. I now have a huge bruise on my leg from trying to navigate my case into your reception. Room numbers should be better signposted from reception, I was in room 21 and ended up going around the world to find it. The mini bar in my room had not been restocked properly, if I had not noticed this I could have been charged for items I did not consume. The snack bar in the room requires significant improvement, after 9.30pm most people don't want to eat stodgy food. There is a nowhere to have coffee when breakfast is finished.

We had a small mess up with our booking, my fault entirely and they fixed it with a smile. Could have charged us an extra night and didn'T. Great airport service to and from, lovely salt-water pool.
