Proximity to airport. Value.

I had just checked in and found A early flight home and the they woundnt let me cancel even though I hadnt used any thorsilitys

It was handy to the cruise ship terminal which was what we required. They provided a free shuttle service to the terminal which, although the distance was walkable, it was appreciated. It was very clean and comfortable though the traffic noise was constant through the night as it is near a busy intersection. Staff were very friendly. It was handy to eateries and an IGA store which provided what we required.

We were prepared to carry our bags up and down the stairs but it was a bit exhausting to go up 2 flights.

Quiet and convenient

We did'nt get there till 11pm but I phoned head to let you know and spoke to Bronwyn, she was really friendly and helpful. So will stay there again when I return to Brisbane! Thankyou!!

It's location to the airport

Everything was fine - it was what we expected (met our needs)

It was comfortable but no frillys

Smelled a bit damp and musty in room but slept fine for one nights stay.

Close to the airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. After hours check-in by arrangement. Transport available to and from airport.

Late check in arrangements

The taxi driver didn't recognise the name "Airport Motel" and told us there were heaps of motels near the airport.

The only thing we were not happy with was the fact that the taxi ride cost us more to travel from the airport to your hotel and yet when we were leaving from a hotel in the city to the airport it cost us at least $10.00 less. So we were we feel ripped off. The flag fare was not correct.

The staff were brilliant, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and always delivered with a smile. I stay in motels often and I really like this place. I felt very much at home here.

I was very happy with the accommodation

I wouldn't take a room without lift access next time.

No special support for the local tour.

The friendly welcoming ladies at reception, also the meals were good value, the service to drop us at the terminal and also for leaving a vehicle while we were away. Travelling by way of ferry into city was brillant

Even though I only stayed ne night, the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpfull.

I have only one suggestion to make, and that is ... Don't have any of the staff chewing gum when they are welcoming guests. As it looks as they are chewing their cud and it is not a very nice look.

The helpful friendly service. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.

The cost of the airport transfer was too expensive. I recently stayed at a motel on the corner from you and airport transfer was $6.00. Maybe you should look at changing your service.

we only stayed 1 night to get an early flight out to Sydney. The lady that took my booking was very help full and also she booked a taxie for us the next morning . Could not fault the service. Will recommend it to any body going to Brisbane.

Room was fine. Good shower. Bit noisy but ok. Staff very helpful and friendly.

It's actually well situated close to the airport but also to the cruise terminal - lots of shops, restaurants and the City Cat ferries up and down the river.
