Location to airports excellent. Room clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly & helpful. Bag was carried up for me on arrival as lift was out of order. Lift not functioning on late night-arrival and next am departure.

Restaurant good value, excellent location, generally of a good clean standard. Suited our particular needs of needing to be near airport and family we were visiting. Family room very small with no space for luggage and table with chairs a waste as couldn't get too it. Major issue with bathroom having absolutely no ventilation.

Location very close to airport. Staff recommended "Rowers" club, very short walk, excellent for lunch (and dinner). The Park and Cooks River were pleasant and highly adjacent. Reception area is smart and OK. Rooms less so. They were happy to hold onto luggage outside the booked in times. A bit tatty. A bit noisy.

Food in resto completely disgusting and completely inedible. Prepared by a 'short-order' cook with limited experience in an Asian roadside stall, no understanding of what materials can be eaten and what cannot, how to cook them without frying in very old oil for an hour then throwing the result on a plate!

convenience 2 the airport, use Mercure also. breakfast good, comfy bed slow elevator, = wasn't working or someone holding it open, waiting 4 .. 12min, then walked the stairs?
