no shower cap in the bathroom.

We found the rooms very comfortable and very spacious,which suited us as we stayed 5 nights and I had to work in the room as my husband was at a conference. The motel was reasonably close to the main street,which was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast included was very convenient.

It was a hot time of year, being February and the room was hot unless the aircon was on and we usually try not to use aircon too much to save the cost and environment,however, once it was on it was very cool and comfortable. So this is not a complaint,more a comment.

Location - right near venue for family function. Off street parking Three beds in room - perfect for children who don't want to share a bed Breakfast - great idea and easy to supplement with toaster in room Charge back facilities for surrounding restaurants - one bill at end of weekend!

Bathroom a little tired - but still very functional Traffic light / corner location - not a problem, just an observation

On arrival Graham Butcher was at reception and with the warmth he greeted me with I was most impressed, from there on he was so helpful in advising me where to go etc. He has a way of making you relax which is great after a long drive. Room was spacious which I love

Traffic noise at night can be annoying at times

Very welcoming, cheerful and helpful staff. I liked the room layout and the facilities included everything we needed. Having a bath tub also a plus. It was good to have a few plates & cups so that we could prepare a simple evening meal. The inclusion of breakfast also very handy. I like the idea of not washing out towels every day (even though we stayed only one night).

Light were a bit dim. Also noise from pub across the road a little loud at one point.

Our experience although very short was very good, staff were very helpful and room was very clean.

The only thing which to us was very minor was decor was a little dated but certainly not a problem.

Management could not have been more helpful. On business & had computer problems. Was able to have fix sent by email to Motel who had no hesitation in assisting. Great location & Value for money.

Convenient and accessible to city and services. Cost was OK too. Hosts were pleasant and amenable.

Street noise from late night/early morning traffic was frustrating. Doona would have made a good difference to comfort rather than having the weight of blankets for warmth.

Made very welcome on arrival, the complimentry breakfast to the value of $15 per person was good value and the location is ideal for a night out in Albury.
