“ What a great hotel!!!!! I was a little apprehensive after reading a few of the negitive comments left. But I can say we had a fantastic experence. We stayed for 9 nights in room 5 ( highly recommend ) The room had everthing a family needs and a few cool extra touches, like a bucket and spade. ”

Only 150 metres from the beach, Alexander Apartments offers apartments with a private balcony overlooking the ocean or the lush gardens. It has an indoor and outdoor pool, along with a sauna. All apartments include full kitchen facilities and some have dishwashers. Each unit is individually furnished and has a lounge room with cable TV. Private laundry and drying facilities are also provided. Alexander Holiday Apartments offers a half-size tennis court and a hydromassage bath. For a day out, guests can book theme park tickets at the hotel’s tour desk. The Northcliffe Surf Club is only 100 metres from the Alexander and the Sea World is 5 km away. The Gold Coast Airport can be reached within 30 minutes by car. Free undercover parking is offered. What a great hotel!!!!! I was a little apprehensive after reading a few of the negitive comments left. But I can say we had a fantastic experence. We stayed for 9 nights in room 5 ( highly recommend ) The room had everthing a family needs and a few cool extra touches, like a bucket and spade. New carpets and bali style decorations. Very impresed !!!!! In the carpark there are trollies to bring all your suitcases up nice and easy. 2 pools, indoor and out. The indoor pool is a warm 28c. Perfect for our 8 month year old. 2 bbq's, tennis court. There is a bottleshop, general store, pizza shop and chicken take-away next door. To easy!!!! I highly recommend this hotel and its awesome value!!!! Leaving!!! Could have easilly stayed a further 5 nights.!!!!

The location and view (level 11, room 41) were fantastic, couldn't complain, and the extra large balcony that opened from our bedroom was amazing. Spacious and roomy, I liked that the toilet was not in my bedroom also, and a full sized fridge with freezer and foxtel! No air conditioning, one roll of toilet paper, weird smell every time we walked in the room (stale like smell) which could be fixed easily with one of those ambipur things that spray regularly..very small tv too

The view from our room was fantastic and the room was so big wish we could of stayed longer Could of had extra toilet paper shampoo and detergent for the washing

The hotel is close to the beach and all Surfers Paradise attractions. It's better be used for longer stays as the rooms are equipped with a kitchenette as well as a washing machine and a drier. It will be nice for families or a group of friends as the rooms are really spacious. There is a highway right next to the hotel, so if you book a cheaper room without air-conditioning in summer to keep your windows open to the sea breeze, this hotel is not the right option.

the staff was friendly and helpful. The appartment itself was clean and tidy. Could have done with a coat of paint and a shelf of a shower caddy in order that you can place your toiletry items in easy reach. Other than that, the appartment was very comfortable. The downside was the fact there was roadworks virtually outside the building which made getting in and out of the car part area a bit of a challenge at times. Thankfully you could not hear the noisy hydrolics, but once the roadworks have finished, then there is easy access to and from the building as well as getting to destinations without having to do a de-tour.

Отель прекрасно расположен, до центра можно дойти за 10 минут, красивый вид из окна на сад и океан, удобный большие номера, оборудованные кухней, советую тем, кто останавливается надолго! Старая мебель, уборщик не пришел ни разу за неделю проживания, приходилось самой выносить мусор и стирать полотенца.

Les prestations proposées et la vue magnifique ! Nous avons trouvé l'accueil moyen et certaines douches ont besoin d'une retouche... Les équipements de la cuisine sont très satisfaisant malgré la petite taille de la cuisine.. Dommage que le blender ne fonctionnait pas et qu'on ai refusé de nous en fournir un autre.

Indoor swimming pool. Old facility, poor maintenance and unfriendly staff.Needs new carpet, paint and etc. Was told that room booked through booking. com was taken. Offered an upgrated room with extra money, was supporsed to be a top floor but it wasn't.

I was a late check-in due to a day tour taking much longer than anticipated. The staff called me and let me know how to contact them on arrival. They were there as soon as I arrived, had upgraded my room (free of charge) and were very helpful.
