parking was a real free for all

Friendly mgr, waited and rang up to see were we ok and eta as we were arriving well after 8pm. Location n rooms were excellent. Definitely stay again.

Noise from upstairs room was a bit disconcerting eg. turning on the tap

Being charged 30$ cause we didn't wash two tea cups.. Nothing or nobody told us we had to do so...!

This motel is excellent value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the motel is in a quiet yet central location, the manager is friendly and helpful and, although the motel is inexpensive, they offer free internet access and several Austar channels. This motel is my first choice when staying in Bundy.

Very quiet street in front of a large public park and a fairly good italian restaurant just accross the street.

Upon arrival nobody was at the reception and we had to call a number to have our room number

Because I was at a family Christening in Bundaberg I did not see much of the staff as I was only sleeping there for three nights. each evening on my return my room was tidy, with clean towels provided daily. the room was comfortable well appointed, and very well located.

I was only able to park outside my room once, as there was no allocated parking, as it is a two story building I could see why, but it was frustrating having to find a park late at night..

Ideal location and value for money Quiet and very enjoyable. there was everything that we needed.

No fuss responsive service.

It was a neat and tidy motel with friendly staff and close to main street of the twon. well located.

I recently booked online with you guys while my wife had to stay overnight in hospital. Although everything was fine, at the time of booking not a mention was made that the gas was still off due to the unforseen events of the floods. I know this was not your fault, just a hot shower would hav been nice :) So thank you and will still consider your business in the future..

For the price it was as expected, clean, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly.

My booking said balcony with pool view,which it was not. After paying I was informed there was no hot water due to flooding (I can understand the no hot water due to floods,but how about discount,we working there to help with the flood repairs.)So cold showers it was.

I could see that the motor inn has had some refurbments done and the staff were very friendly and helpfull

This proprietor is basil fawlty on steroids. When I complained about the lack of hot water he said to me that didn't I know we were in the middle of a natural disaster and that I should be more considerate. When I simply put it to him that maybe he could have told guests there was no hot water when they were booking and I didn't really care that he had to pay 1000 to have the gas reconnected as after all he is in business and I thought the customer was always right. Not at fawlty towers nee Alexandra park motor Inn apparently. When I suggested that he should compensate me by way of a discount on the room he said I was out of order and he wouldnt speak to me anymore. Then he basically ordered me to leave the motel. If the bbc want to remake fawlty towers they have a ready made venue and a star ready to go. Really this guy is a legend in his own lunchbox.

big clean rooms with seperate area for lounge and single bed. Close to scenic river and fantastic play ground.

Location suited our requirements well. Had most of the basics got a reasonable price.

No bowls in kitchen area. Some car parking is difficult to get into.

Close to everything. Easy to find. Free wifi in room Quiet. Proximity to park, zoo and river walks. Lovely bed.

Sorry. we are very up set with the room there was No aircon it was hot we com from denham western australia we Drove for five days thinkig we were going to have the best. we know these things can happen it was not good we will rember that night . please dont let it happen to any one else. regards Dovid Joanne Fone.
