Friendly staff. Nice pool area Location good for us as daughter living in Edmonton but rather distant from Cairns. Rooms rather 'tired' but clean

This place is convenient to my friends who I like to visit Not impressed that there was no staff available on the public holiday, especially when phone lines were cut. Due to this, it caused me a lot of distress and extra money. Doubt I will stay again.

La relación calidad/precio. No disponer de servicio de habitaciones, en nuestra estancia de 10 días solo se cambiaron las toallas en una ocasión. El servicio, dado el precio y las tarifas de Australia, puede ser el adecuado, pero cada habitación debería disponer de un set de limpieza (cepillo y fregona) para poder limpiar la habitación de forma diaria personalmente.

Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Kamers misschien niet meer up to date, maar wel proper. Hier en daar mag al eens iets worden gerenoveerd.

This is a resort with a lot of potential, the room was adequate for the price and the staff that I saw were helpful and friendly. This resort needs a lot of work on the grounds and the exterior appearance. It is value for money but only just. The layout of the less expensive rooms reminds me of a military barracks.
