The apartment we stayed in No. 32 was just great and it had a spa bath. Big and spacious and the balcony was huge. It was a short 5 minute walk to the shops/restaurants. We would definitely stay there again when in Port Macquarie. We were there for a wedding and had a great time. Ann

I loved the spacious apartment. It had tons of living area which was great and a big out door area. I found the room quite dirty. The floors were not cleaned properly on arrival and there was a lot of dust on the furniture and under the furniture. The beds were really uncomfortable and made you roll into the middle. The bathroom had a blocked sewerage smell and there was no vacuum cleaner. One of the sofa was really tatty and should have been retired a long time ago. It had bits of cotton all sticking out. It said its was 4.5 star accommodation but this is not what I would expect for 4.5 stars. In saying that, it would be an easy fix to bring it up to standardd

We loved that everything was in walking distance, the restaurants, shops and beaches! Very clean self contained apartments with beautiful views extremely relaxing, cant wait to go back! A++++ all the way : )

I loved the lay out of the apartment, it was really functional and well set out. Everything was clean and easy to locate. The apartment was freshly painted and a lot of attention was paid to design elements. The pool was fabulous and our children (3 and 10) loved it. The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful, even when our three yr old threw his sandal over the balcony!

I liked the roof top spa/pool and that u could walk 2 the skate park and in2 town with 3 kids it was nice 2 walk everywhere and not have 2 put then in and out of the car the rooms could do with a bit more tlc but overall we had a nice relaxing holiday and will be back thanku.

The room was poorly cleaned - the toilet had poo around the rim from the previous people. There was rotten tomato also in the floor under the dining table. Would not go back again, was a little disappointed.

We really enjoyed the loacation it suited our stay and everything in our room was comfortable The only thing I would like to see is maybe provide towels for the pool as we flew in interstate and we have restrictions on our luggage. It was sometines difficult to get new towels

Apartment was disgusting (Cockroaches, Hair on bed, Stains on carpets, walls and furniture, Bed was very uncomfortable, Television channels were not clear and batteries for the remotes were not working as well as the Air Conditioning Remote Control. Picture online was nothing like the actual apartment itself. The price we paid we expected a minimum of 4 star which is how it was advertised. I would say lucky to be 3 star apartments. Never stay there again and it was very dissapointing experience for the amount of $2,800 which we paid.

Fantastic service, location, facilities. We were so impressed with our room - it was so modern, spacious and clean. The staff were amazingly helpful, kind and could not do enough for us. A fantastic place for the family.

We enjoyed the pool facilities. Also the location was handy and the apartments were affordable. The apartment could have been cleaner. There was food etc under the lounge and the doors/walls had some marks.

Pool area excellent for kids Did not like the strong paint smell in room for the whole stay... The lack of staff hours especially when They allow schoolies there with no security. Lack of cleaning of linen etc for such a high rated hotel ... In brochure breakfast was available could not find any menus or information in regards to this. Could not get near the spa as the schoolies had taken over with there parties and drunkenness not Suitable for a family environment.

Good location. Great pool for kids with water mushroom and it was heated to about 28 deg. We had a ground floor apartment with courtyard which was also excellent for the kids. Heaps of terrace areas for a BBQ either on Level 1 above the pool or on the rooftop. Hallway can get a bit too noisy in the morning and no wifi were the only negatives
