Cancellation
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 40.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 33 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged AUD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.
One child under 2 years is charged AUD 30.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
33 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.
