Location is excellent, close to shops, cafes, clubs, bars etc.Beds were comfortable. Staff were very nice. There was a pole in the room which was quite big and annoying. Noise travelled through the rooms. Bathroom was very small. TV not very good. |

There was no car parking available for the Hotel, and there was nothing on the booking site or the Kingsgate web page that it was not available. Had to park a kilometre away. The room was noisy, the television reception bad, and the air conditioning was sub standard. |

Enjoyed spacious room and central position Unfortunately, our air conditioner was not working over the 3 nights of our stay, the last night it was checked by a staff member, but, although it came on it did not work. Our friends in another room did not have this problem, so guess it was a 'one-off' problem. |

We liked the fact that we were right in the city with fantastic facilities and transport to where ever we wanted to go. Also liked the fact that the hotel staff could ensure that we were on the Tullamarine airport bus. Our room was a bit small, but as it was for a short stay we didn't mind. |

I liked the fact that I could come and go at any hour of the day or night. Parking was a problem. The first couple of nights I used the Crown Casino for parking at $25 per night. On the third night I found an overnight carpark for $10 |

Location was great. It was cost effective and my room had obviously been only recently refurbished No chairs in the room (no room for them either) Bed very hard and the chairs in the TV room were disgusting. |

Very little other than that the hotel was within walking distance of the MCG and Southbank. Plenty. The first night we were placed next to a person who sang until 1am then shouted until 4am. I called the desk at 1.30am to ask that they intervene and it made no difference. then the front desk rang me at 3.30am to ask if I had booked an airport shuttle! Also in the morning I only just caught the taxi that the desk had organised for me the night before because the taxi driver came into the foyer and the desk told him that we had cancelled it so the driver was just about to leave. |

The location is very good, close to the center and southern cross station. There were stains in the carpet and chairs and the furniture is slightly old, there was no view and windows were blinded to prevent other people looking in. The corridors, colors of the wall and ceiling in our room were depressing. Although the location was very good, we did not feel comfortable because of the depressing atmosphere ... |

The reception staff were very friedly and helpful. I also particularly liked the location of the hotel, being close to the train station and shopping and easy walking distance to Crown Casino. In fact, walking distance to almost everything. The breakfast was also very nice and well presented. My room did not appear to be vacuumed at all during my week long stay, though the beds were made every day. In general the room was clean though. |

Price I did not like that they charged me $10 to have a 1 hour extra for check out as we are oftern granted this for free. If I have two hotels to choose form, one who will give me an extra hour if needed for free (Showing they value my business) vs. the other that will charge me, I iwll take the former always... |

The accessibility to the heart of Melbourne, which is why we selected it. The basic rooms were comfortable. We were disappointed with the fact that there was some rubbish still on the bathroom floor from previous occupants. Also on the Saturday night someone vomited in the corridor outside our room and this was not cleaned up for some time. |

It is conveniently located in the city and very close to the Southern Cross station. Good access to attractions. The hotel is rather old and not very comfortable. The TV in the room is so tiny. |

My Daughter and I found the All Seasons Kingsgate comfortable and relaxed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet at night. At the time that we stayed and because it was in excess of three nights, breaakfast was included and was very good. Because we had felt welcome there, I stayed for one night between a flight from Melbourne and the coach to Albany. I arrived late but was given a very friendly cheerful greeting and an alarm call in the morning. We would happily stay there again. |

The hotel is in the centre of Melbuurne so everything is close. There is plenty of choice for food surrounding the hotel. The heater in the room did not seem to work properly and we were quite often chilly. |
