Titulaire de la carte accor Bienvenue, je n'ai pas pu obtenir de reductions a l'hotel. En effet, on m'a dit qu'il n'etait pas possible de prendre en compte ma carte accor en reservant directement sur place, or sur internet je n'ai pas pu m'en servir non plus... C'est tres dommage car cette carte me permet d'obtenir jusqu'a 50% de reduction dont je n'ai pas pu profiter

Location Good. Near Southern Cross train station. Also close to city center.

Facilities in terrible condition. Room lighting awful. Window in bathroom broken. Air conditioner didn't work. Heated by 1920's water filled radiator, thus uncontrollable - either off or on. Departure at 5 am, but shower water still cold after running 10 minutes - on floor 6. Price extremely high for a hotel in this condition. Telephone calls very expensive, even for local calls. A surcharge added for credit card usage to milk every last penny from the traveler.

was a really good room for the price. was well balanced. noticed the room service food was a also a fair price. nothing to complain about. so far one of the best places i have stayed thus far.

The staff were lovely, the facilities were clean and bright, and it was convenient to transport.

Near the city and center. Coffee and tea, refrigerator, iron, and kettle in the room.

No bus or tram pass the hotel, but it's not to far to walk.

The rooms were poorly decorated, not very clean. The photos of the rooms were not as they were.

Very warm and cosy inside the room that was very nicely designed.

Excellent value for money. Clean facilities.

A little bit noisy at night. Could hear air cond unit and water flowing through pipes.

Service was ok Breakfast in the morning was efficient

one morning had no hot water the beds are too small, especially when my partner is a tall guy the breakfast in the morning could have more range

Staff were helpful and friendly. The smoking balconys were awesome and a great idea. the Cafe for breakfast was comfortable and very nice surroundings and the breakfast was great and friendly staff. have recommended the hotel to friends already and i will certainly be back!! :-)

The location, the large family room, the friendly staff, and the excellent breakfast.

1)The lack of any staff to assist with getting our luggage inside and up to our room. 2) We used the AUD27.0024hr Internet option but the speed was way below par. You couldn't use the data cap that comes with the plan if you tried.

I like the fact it was close to everything it was comfortable and fairly good value

The connecting door not sound proof at all and I was disturbed by the noise coming from the next room

stale smell in room, dirty carpet, cheap uncomfortable mattress and cheap flimsy flat hard pillows. I didnt expect much for the price in the city but this was a disappointing experience for the money I paid. I was told I was upgraded, would not have liked to see the what I was supposed to stay in!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The design of the bathroom. Was a bit tricky getting around to the toilet and wouldn't be ideal for a group of girls wanting to stay

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was superb.

1. Climbing steps immediately off the street to get to reception was difficult with heavy bags. 2. The room had only one chair (for 2 people). It was very small with a dingy interior and the lighting was very poor. The outlook, through extermely scratched windows, was abysmal. 3. The layout was like a rabbit warren. Getting out of there in a fire would be really difficult; in fact it doesn't bear thinking about. 4. It's actually a reasonable walk to the CBD hub of this fabulous city from this "hotel" and the trams do NOT go on King Street.

Nice comfy bed and clean room with everything you need.

Dirty. Walls were filthy. Bathroom needed a good clean with bleach. A good paint job would work wonders. Very disappointed. The photos on the website do not reflect the disgraceful condition of the rooms. Will never stay there again.

Everything was up to standard. Great !!

out of the 3 nights I stayed ,my room was serviced every day all right but soap and shampoo got overlooked on the second day,Saturday,6th Apr 2013 ( Rm 136)

Clean and tidy great location for Crown Casino and restaurants.

House keeping was non existent and breakfast was appalling. Both of these concerns have been raised with hotel
