All older children or adults are charged AUD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Freindliness and efficiency of reception staff. Hotel is very conveniently located. All necessary facilities available. Have stayed with you before and will stay with you again but next time will breakfast elsewhere. Breakfast was dis-appointing. We arrived at 9.00 (as advised was OK by reception) and felt that it was a bit inconvenient. Buffet was overpriced for what was on offer and so basically was forced to have a cooked breakfast which was very ordinary in fact we couldn't eat the scrambled eggs. |

I liked the dinner we had especially the asparagus. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the green feel of the hotel....it was great to see how much responsibility the hotel took for making this world a better place! The rooms were very small and we wished there had been a pool. |

The library and relaxation room was great. We got upgraded to a three bedroom apartment and it was great. Very clean and comfy beds. Close to Southern Cross station. |

The Alto Hotel On Bourke was much better than what we were expecting. If you are planning on going to Etihad Stadium, the location could not be better. And DFO is just a stones throw away. The building itself is lovely, our room was great (mmmmm... spa) and excellent value for money. Can't wait to come back! |

i liked the location being convenient to walk to many city attractions. also the hand cream dispenser in the bathroom was nice there was one staff member who was trying to charge us for parking a motorbike (which didn't take up a car space), but we sorted it out as we checked out rather than argue with him late on Saturday night |
