as my last stay at this hotel i just love the LOCATION & the staff & the rooms ! All in all overall its choice was really made for me on my last stay . Well to be blunt , on checking out the gentelmen on the front desk was a little rude & he tried to charge me an extra $300-00 on my payment ?? AS he soon corrected it as i pointed it out to heim he was quiet rude & "shall i say he hurried me along ? |

staff lovely resturant advertised a seafood buffet but was very average and not worth the money The guest cards to work the lift to get to your room did not work well and we met others in the lift who had the same problems |

The room was very nice, the location perfect to explore the city and there is a direct train to the airport. We didn't have time to enjoy the gym nor pool but would have loved to. the restaurant 'the gallery' is very disappointing in terms of quality of food compared to the barely more expensive 'char' |

Great location, wonderful views from the 34th floor, speedy service including check in and check out. Small problem was the cockroach in the room which we located and disposed of. The staff apologized and gave us free breakfast in recompense. |

It is perfectly located in the middle of the best of Sydney at an affordable price. It is tastefully decorated and the breakfasts were very fresh and good. Very attractive also in the Jamison Club where we had breakfast the last morning. We would like to return to your hotel to appreciate the good things again. It was a very pleasant stay. The seafood buffet was a disappointment and did not at all represent the standard of the hotel. |

The location was excellent, with Wynyard Station, Clarence Street cafes, George Street and so on very close. The room was on the 10th floor and had a nice view of the city and towards the north-west. I found the staff to be efficient, friendly and human, and like others who have reviewed this hotel, also appreciated the door opening gesture. Whilst I have no complaints about the level of comfort, there were a couple of signs of wear and tear. Little things like small dings on the wall, slightly worn out carpet, (an old style TV) and a light in the closet which did not switch off when the door was closed. It's not a brand new hotel! |

La disponibilité du personnel et le service de conseil aux clients basé dans le hall d'entrée. La situation est également sympa car il est à proximité des rocks et des ferrys et nous avions vu sur la mer depuis notre chambre. Et il est à 10/15 minutes de marche du centre ville, ce qui est très raisonnable Le prix du petit déjeuner (plus de 30 dollars), le manque de rangement pour les vêtements dans la chambre et la lenteur du service au restaurant |
