All the staff were very attentive and gave excellent service. It was very close to our dinner destination and to Circular Quay. I expected to see a flat screen TV. Most modern hotels have them. Breakfast was dissapointing as we asked for a latte and a charged extra. |

The location was very central to everything I needed to attend. The room was lovely and comfortable. The conference I attended on level 2 was very well accommodated withing the hotel. The bathroom was very spacious and the room had a fantastic view of the city from my window. The food in the restaurant was just beautiful. Thankyou for taking good care of me during my stay in Sydney. I felt at home. This is not a criticism but a constructive comment. The hot water in the shower didn't reach a temperature which I would have liked. I understand that the showers must be fitted with a temperature control for safety however I prefer a much hotter shower and your shower did not allow this. |

Ease of location. Everything was very clinical. The dining room reminded me of being back in school again! In comparison to hotels at a similar price and rating it was very disappointing. This was supposed to be a special girls catch-up weekend with my best friend whom I haven't seen in 2 years but the hotel didn't make it a special experience at all. |

I always stay at the Amora whenever I come to Sydney. Service etc is excellent and I love the location. Rooms are clean and bright and the bathrooms are luxurious in all suites. I would not stay anywhere else and I have stayed at the Intercontinental, Quay Grand and Menzies before. |

The close proximity to Darling Harbour, the Rocks area and city shopping. All about ten minutes walk away in different directions. Train station around the corner and buses on corner at George Street. Buffet breakfast was served to 11am, great for when you want to sleep in. Service was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. |

Spacious room, superb location, friendly staff, good breakfast, reasonable rate, overall very good value for money. The fact they surcharge 1.5% for credit card payment comes as an unpleasant surprise as it was not known to us until the time of payment. |

Was a really central location which was good, really close to great bars and restaurants. Loved the spa and sauna. The staff were friendly and there were no problems with checking out at 4am to catch an early flight. It was a little confusing with how to organise payment for the car park |

The interior design and location are superb, very good bars and restaurants, helpful staff. The restaurants are better value and service than the myriad of overpriced places in the vicinity. Concierge was not a big help, one needs to find its way around. |

Cleanliness of rooms. Good gym and pool facilities. Great bathroom. My room had a great view of city. Friends were also staying but their room had a poor view overlooking the office block opposite. Lifts and lobby slightly old fashioned but still clean and tidy. |
