Clean , everything you need is provided. Room was perhaps a little small, but was comfy.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Quite dated, the chimney flue through the bedroom probably great for heating when you can use the fire but on a windy night is very noisy and the place sounds like the roof is going to come off.

Being next to the beach and view from balcony was good.

Rooms were too cramped. No room for both cases. Toilet/shower very cramped and nowhere to hang towels. Very claustrophobic room. Every time you moved in room the floors creaked very loudly. Could hear floors creaking as people moved around in other rooms late at night. The restaraunt was supposed to be open till after eight but on return at 7pm it was shut. Decided not to stay second night and left early for Hobart the next morning.

We liked the building with its sort of historic/American east coast/picturesque look. The manager was a really friendly interesting gentleman. The people in the neighboring unit were interesting and friendly.

Close to all Swansea attractions situated right on the bay Had airconditioning and a fan something that is not common in Tasmanian Motels Town clean and tidy Lovely meal at local RSL

Nothing wedidnt like

It was advertised thatvALL rooms have a private balcony and an ocean view but with didn't have either balcony or view :-(

Very nice location

Very small rooms, sink in shower room so small impossible to shave without making a puddle on the floor, walls so thin you could here a conversation in the next room, Restaurant closed Sunday and Monday

View from the balcony

This accommodation was overpriced for what it was. For a self catering apartment the cheap and nasty equipment and cooking utensils were in bad repair or non existent. Also the tv was old and small there was no DVD player.

Good views and spot to stop on the way to coles bay

Your web site suggests its 17km from coles bay. As the crow flys that correct, however its a 50min drive.

The Location

very clean , nice room , in a handy location

the fridge was noisy , kept me awake clicking on and off , and the bathroom was a bit small.

The staff were courteous and friendly and the facilities were first rate, comfortable and clean and the location was suitable to our needs as we were travelling by road around Tassie.

There was nothing to dislike.

Beach/seaside

Small

A privately run business which was difficult to fault. The villa was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Everything done to a high standard. An excellent place to spend the last night in Tasmania

Not much. Just a pity the restaruant was closed but there were others in the town

The location.

The darkvery basic room creaking floorboards No view from our room (all others seemed to have a balcony at least.) Advertisede lunch outside but not available (they just couldn't be bothered changing the sign because "do you know what that would cost''!)

THe location is amazing, with views over the Great Oyster Bay over to Freycinet National Park.

The walls are very thin and I had noisy neighbours. Also the bed or mattress seemed to be on a slant I couldn't sort out, but it wasn't a big enough deal to bother anyone with.
