The Managers were a lovely couple who made you very welcome. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

It was a bit tricky leaving sometimes because of the busy road.

Excellent service from Cheryl and her husband who manage the premises. Great hearty breakfast. Dated rooms but lovely and clean. Very helpful.

Smokers who can congregate outside the rooms means that cigarette smoke infiltrates inside

Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed during the recent wild weather, and Cheryl provided us with extra towels and tea lights during the power failure. We would have stayed longer if there had been power, as we were unable to travel south for another two days on account of the road closures

The motel staff were under the impression we required two rooms though I had booked three, and had the receipt for three from Booking.com Luckily I had rung to request one of the rooms had separate beds, so this was sorted out before we arrived.

I have never in my many, many, many stays at hotels or motels in Australia and around the world, most of them made through Bookings.com, experienced such unpleasant management as at this hotel. They were difficult, unhelpful, and obstructive. They went out of their way to be awful and to make our time as difficult as possible. Considering that we were willing to, and did happily pay for an extra day and extra room with a total bill of almost $1000 their behaviour was unbelievable. Our 5-day stay here required exactly the same support from management as we required from the Bookings.com hotel we simultaneously used in Melbourne. That Melbourne stay and hotel was one of the best we have experienced. This was easily the worst we have endured anywhere in the world. I would never, ever consider staying at this hotel again.

Its location on Ipswich Road and its access from southern suburbs of Brisbane as well as its location near to the central CBD.

The young people in an adjoining unit partying till 2 a.m. in the morning.

We booked the deluxe double room for $110 a night. The lady on reception was lovely when greeting us, room was very clean, decorated well and beds are comfy with a flat screen tv, a fridge, kettle and microwave. Bathroom was good and very clean. Tea, coffee,sugar and milk supplied. towels and soap supplied but could have maybe supplied shampoo and conditioner too. quiet motel with shops close by and only a 10 min bus ride to the city. busses are every couple of minutes just outside of the motel

Was happy with everything. if you dont like busy main roads then it would bother you as we could hear the traffic.

Location was good.

Room was in need of repair such as the bathroom, tiles were lifting around the toilet and the bathroom would only close if you pushed or pulled it really hard and the door jamb had shrunk. Just generally the motel needs refurbishing and general maintenance done to call it 3.5 star. Also small cockroaches were evident.

Close proximity to South Bank Convention Centre and city centre. Pleasant staff. Close to Sizzlers, Hungry Jacks, McDonalds Great views overlooking Brisbane

Front rooms on Ipswich Road were a little noisy

The room was very clean and relaxing and was nice to walk in and smell a clean room smell.The bed was very comfortable and a good size. Nice to have a good sized sink to wash up in and every thing was there if you wished to cook a meal. I would most definately recommend the motel to my friends.

The bathroom was a little small and when you had a shower the mirror fogged up.

Location with easy navigation to city and suburbs. Surprisingly clean and well maintained

The owner was a lovely person and my hole experience was pleasant and relaxing.
