It was central to the city and sights. Checking in is difficult. You have to go next door and then be taken to your apartment. |

Location was brilliant. Very accesible to everything. Apartment was a good size and had everything needed. Housekeeping could be better but overall was okay. No proper reception and reception tried to take a photocopy of my credit card which I was not happy about- I found this very unprofessional and unusual. No information pack in the apartment- would have been helpful to find our bearings if there was local info etc. Air conditioning did not work. |

the free upgrade to a 2 bedroom and view and it was quiet, the swimming pool was excellent. carpets were disgustingly stained, cleanliness of bedding questionable .kitchen utensils dirty and glassware,plates chipped. |

Central city location was great. Views were fantastic. Facilities (including the pool and spa) were great Small details such as: the phone had been pulled out of the wall and left on the bench but the staff didn't seem to know until we told them. The garbage disposal didn't work. The shower drain in the main bathroom stunk. The vent in the same bathroom was clogged with dust. Overall the apartment was clean and tidy and lovely but these are things I had not expected to find in an apartment such as this. Still a lovely apartment though!! |

Apartment was well set out and very comfortable. Swimming pool and gym were great. Our room was not ready when we arrived. Rooms needed a vacuum cleaner as they were not serviced daily. It was difficult to contact someone if we needed assistance because there was no front desk on site. |

The staff were very helpful and tried to help with alternative accommodation The view from the room was of another high rise and not Darling harbour as advertised. The staff admitted that another apartment had been used for the views and the furniture. The furniture and carpets were very bad,y stained and the apartment was in a state of dis-repair. An alternative apartment was given for the first night while they tried to fix our appartment for the second night. The furniture was still stained and the lights in the bedroom didn't work but they had fixed the blocked sink. |

This is not a recognized hotel and should not be on your website. It is a private apartment that is being privately rented. It is part of the Meriton Srerviced apartments, but is not cleaned, or serviced. There is no address to go to and no staff to greet you. We have complained but couldn't get our money back. We have detailed photos of very dirty facilities As above. Very suspect situation and means I don't trust the hotels available on booking.com again |

Location was very central. Close to all transport, shops and facilities. Toilet roll holder was missing. Shower leaked and there was a gaping hole in the ceiling in the bathroom and no exhaust fan. Cooking utensils and cutlery were minimal. |

Excelent location. Very close to shopping, cinema and restaurants. Queen size bed in one room, 2 x singles in the other bedroom. Big lounge and a fantastic view from the enclosed balcony (47th floor). No satellite or cable TV. Free to Air only. |

The manner in which we were greeted and then shown to our accomodation, after finalising payment, was very welcoming. Both staff in the small office we were sent to collect our keys were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to make us feel they valued our business. I was not impressed with the lack of attention to detail as far as cleanliness of our accomodation. Although I cannot say that things were dirty, it was obvious that time had not been taken to do a thorough job. A glass-topped table had spilt liquid marks on the under surface and no attempt made to clean or disguise this. A table in the enclosed balcony had smear marks on the second tier. |

It is in a great position right in the middle of Sydney CBD with great shopping and food surrounding you. The cleanliness was really not up to standard for the price and the only other thing is having to going next door to sort out keys etc as it is privately owned... |

The staff were very friendly and obliging The apartment overall really needed a good clean The shower in particular was very dirty with mould We did ask for it to be cleaned but the floor of the shower was still dirty and I had to clean it myselfAgain I would like to state that the staff were very obliging |

Shower was disgraceful never cleaned, basin and cupboard had hair in them. We called on the first night but no 24 hour service. Cleaner came the next day and vacumed the floor after we complained about the shower. Deluxe room doesn't have an open balcony. Called on 3 seperate occasions after our stay to speak to management but no return call. Room floor all tiles. |

location was great and the apartment was comfortable and quiet. I also felt safe. The apartment was quite lacking as far as wine glasses and decent crockery etc. My main complaint was the general cleanliness, I'm not a cleanliness freak but the apartment was quite dusty and really needs a good scrub particularly in the bathroom/shower area. |

The apartment was not serviced and there were no implements for us to clean it ourselves. At the end of the five days the floor was dusty, the bathroom ahnd kitchen needed a clean , but no cloths or cleaning materials were available. There was also a lack of kitchen utensils and crockery, ie no sharp knives, only one wine glass, etc etc. |

The central location was good. It was close to all emeneties. The dishes were not in the apartment. It took 24 hours before new dishes were provided. The stove oven was not usable because it smoked. The smoke detector had been disconnected which I believe is against the law. The washing machine did not work. |

The apartment's location is good and office staff was very friendly. We were on the 57th floor of what appears to be international student accommodation, young people coming and going all night long (it was like staying in a youth hostel). One night we could not sleep as someone above or next door was having a rave party. Boom boom boom all night until about 5am. |

The appartment was brilliant, clean, modern and well equipped. Transport links were very easily accessable and attractions were walkable within 20 minutes or so. We stayed for two nights but this accomodation would be equally suitable for a longer stay. Very impressed! |
