Very nice staff
Good Bed - Firm Handy Location for Tram Travellers
The concept of vaccum cleaning is unknow in this hotel. The Cartpet was full of dust and food. We had to complain twice so and the cleaner to come twice to vaccum the room.
Although I arrived late and the hotel had not received my booking, the manager was friendly and accommodating providing me with an upgrade for the inconvenience.
Small televisions would be a distraction for longer stays.
Being above supermarket.
Extremely expensive for what the accommodation was ($750 per night)
Clean room comfortable bed
Do not stay in a studio room you cannot move in there. It is overpriced for the quality of the hotel and location, staff aren't very helpful
Very bad experience, bad service, double charge my credit card also changing me extra night,
Room was lovely, with everything I needed.
Everything was of a great standard. Better than expected. Would stay there again.
Aldi Supermarket just downstairs Staff were helpful Bathroom and kitchen are well equipped
Pillows were very thin, poor quality Musty smell in room Linen did not smell fresh Could not sleep from the traffic and people noise from the busy street next to the bedroom Shower flow is way too slow
The gardens and it was quite
The address needed more signage.
The location and staff were great
The room smelt like cigarettes, for a non smoker it was pretty yuk!
Good central location, easy access to all transport. Reception staff most helpful. Room well set up and comfortable.
House keeping was a a bit slap happy during the stay. The balcony area could do with a good clean. That said it was a very comfortable stay.
All was brilliant x
The apartments were really nice inside.
I was really disappointed that some simple requests made prior to arriving were not met. The biggest annoyance was the complete mix-up of our beds requested.
Reasonable location, 15 min walk to main eating precinct clean, large bed, good water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Small. Noisy when residents arrive home late, TV was rubbish- on the way out. Overpriced for what you get
security and convenience
What to expect when arriving on a very busy road. Suggest guests get some instructions when making a reservation and requesting parking.
kitchen, bathroom and bed
location, private courtyard, nearby facilities.
limited hours of reception availability
Supermarket at door step, trams north & south of block, so great access to all the sights of melbourne and within walking distance of some amazing food stops. Staff were really helpful in suggesting destinations to see the best of their town and make the most of your visit.
Just further away from beachfront than we appreciated
Good location- easy to catch a tram into city and see the sites of St.Kilda, supermarket downstairs convenient, carparking good
Bit of traffic noise
Staff were friendly and very accommodating. The location works well as a base for seeing other locations. Quite easy to find. Being directly above an Aldi was a definite plus.
The rooms are very bright with poor window coverings. Cleanliness of the room isn't as thorough as it could be, though it was still okay. More crockery/ cutlery is really required in the kitchen to make it functional. We had to continually ask for extra towels for our children each day even though we were assured we wouldn't have to. Guests before us had damaged the washing machine handle, and we were initially expected to wear the cost of repair! We had to be quite forthright in that issue.
Good location 2 choices of trams one direct to city centre the other to bustling shopping eating destination Chapel Street. A $20 cab ride from Crown so if trams aren't your thing still v accessible to the city. We took a studio room which was snug but had a courtyard which made up for wee room.
Nothing really except the room was small but we booked at a super busy time in Melbourne so downtown was booked out - this was a great option. Note nothing in the fridge but milk. but an Aldi underneath the building so provided you arrive during Aldi opening hours you're set.
The fact that you charged me $800 for a room for one night due to a convention being in town. Sure go ahead and charge full rack but this was just taking advantage of the situation. My team and I will be working and living in Melbourne for the next year on a project. We will not consider your property.
