Close to city with tram stop out front. Great apartment with private courtyard.

Our bed was a king split which was quite hard and with a hard bit down centre of the bed..quite uncomfortable. Hard pillows also.

Very clean and comfortable, great location, close to piblic transport.

The toilet seat was loose and I had to go and ask for milk.

Spacious for 2 little kids plus two adults. Separate bedrooms so the kids could go to sleep without being disturbed by TV or adults. Kitchen was a bonus...very nice.

The only fault was a new bathplug is needed in No.26. The present plug is old and does not hold the water from leaking in the bath.

The apartment is in need of up grading. Bathroom inparticular.

The apartment layout was very good

1) I arrived after dark, and very tired, and was not given clear instructions to find my apartment - wandering around at night by myself was very unreasonable. 2) I also did not like dragging my suitcases up the stairs, in the dark. 3) The office opened 7am, I needed to leave at 6am, so had to waste an hour to wait till I returned my key. Please make accomodation for early leavers! I will not be staying here again.

Quiet.Comfortable. Secure. Well stocked kitchen. Good size bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Tram outside the door. Leafy outlook.

Did not like having to haul a heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs. No offers of help. Where is your lift? Decor a little dated.

Dirty - hair in sheets, unflushed paper in toilet no uht milk although tea, coffee and sugar smelly pillows unlocked balcony door compromising safety and security

Beds very confortable and location very handy.

TV need to be updated to allow USB and other device for plug ins, on top floor its very hot and no A/C in bed rooms only in lounge room. It needs more cutlery in the kitchen.

Only two towels provided [booking was for 3]; toilet very difficult to flush

Rooms were spacious, everything we needed. Transport at the door.Helpful friendly staff.

No drier in our room. everything else was excellent.

The accommodation was very affordable for this time of year.

I would prefer to stay closer in the city next trip. The apartments were in need of a makeover.

Traffic noise but it quietened during the night

ti have been traveling a lot and this is the worst stay ever, 1. opposite Melbourne cemetery, 2. Old crab apartment, 3. washing machine water floods in bathroom, 4. for the price we pay not worth at all.... we moved from the apartment to MANTRA.

Clean, comfortable.

The stairs & we thought we had two queen beds & in the second bedroom there were two single beds.

Great Location, short walk to restaurants and cafe's, tram stop out the front made it great for transport. Good parking for visitors.

The location and proximity to the city.

The location was excellent, tram stop right outside the apartments and the area was easy to get to with plenty of food, bars, restaurants close by. Very clean and everything was catered for..hairdryer, ironing board/iron etc.

Lady at the front desk. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Fairly close to city. Trams very close. Beds, pillows, sheets etc very very comfortable.Close to North Carlton village for fabulous restaurants etc etc

Our room wasn't cleaned or beds made on Saturday. Tea, coffee etc not renewed. Dishwasher not unpacked-left for us to do.
