These are brand new apartments and is aimed at the upper end of sc holiday rentals. The board games are a nice touch. At $275 /night I do NOT expect to have to strip linen from beds, nor put out my rubbish, also the list of rules make it impossible to relax with kids in the apartments, also the parking area and path are just gravel making it a very messy long walk from the car to the apartment when it rains like it did during our stay.
