Arkana Motor Inn & Terrace Apartments  

Check in and check out were easy. We had booked as a couple but needed to bring one of our children at short notice. Operators were very accommodating despite the accommodation being booked out. Facilities were excellent. Room was large and very clean.

The apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. Swimming pool was a hit with our kids. Short drive to the Blue Lake/Crater lakes.

Second bedroom needs to be set up for more than two children/people. We squeezed 3 kids in but couldn't close the door.

Room clean and tidy, staff friendly and very helpfull, close to main shopping area and attractions. great stop off will go again.

Staff was super friendly and rooms were extremely clean. Nothing was too much trouble for staff at this great motel. I will definately stay here on my next visit to beautiful Mount Gambier

The 2 bedroom Terrace Apartment was perfect for us. Shower pressure was great. Bathroom was huge and modern - loved it! Would definitely stay there again.

Washing machine in apartment, but no washing detergent was provided. Supposed to have free WiFi, but the signal in our apartment (admittedly on the corner of the property) was dismal.

Plenty of room and pretty quiet considering it was fully booked. Indoor pool was a plus for the kids.

The heated spa wasn't any warmer than the pool.

Location & the comfort of the room. Your lucky I didn't leave with the bed...lol

The 17hr drive to get home.

Tidy & clean, nice simple room.

Vehicles in car park got egged in the middle of the night.

The terrace apartments were roomy and well appointed, so it was easy to feel comfortable and look after ourselves catering wise and laundry wise while away from home.

Parking for larger cars at the apartments was a little harder, with limited room allowed for parking.

The location was quite, not a lot of traffic noise. The staff where extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms, very neat & clean.
