Arlia Sands Apartments  

Extremely clean and well-kitted-out apartment.

It was close to the beach & foreshore shop's & it was just a friendly peaceful environment.

There was nothing to not like.

The rooms were big and very spacious and well equipt for that longer stay, close to where we needed to be. The kids loved the pool and very tidy motel I will recommend to people on the proviso the matresses in the rooms get renenewed

Only air-con in the living area, the rooms were like ovens even with the fans on & the matress in the main room was the worst matress in have ever slept on, I resided to the living room on the first night just to sleep on the lounge. It needs to be replaced , springs in my back all the time, I did come home quite tired after 2 restless night.

Pillows on the beds were a bit thin so didnt get a great nights sleep.

I liked the closeness to the Esplande and surrounding areas. The staff were excellent and friendly. The 2 room apartment was exactly what we wanted and the cost was excellent

Great location, quiet, good with the kids - didn't mind them playing and making some happy noises whilst playing with others.

Having to put up with the neighbour sitting outside the room smoking, it meant we had to close our doors and windows so as not to put up with the wofting of the smell

Size of rooms.

Main bed mattress needs replacing. Needs more cooking utensils. eg an electric frying pan.

Modern decor, light, clean, all the essentials for a budget friendly holiday.

No view, or balcony.

Innersprings in double bed poking into back. Unfortunately all mattresses in ALL Motels and Hotels are never comfortable, They are always hard and the inner springs can be felt.

Friendly staff, happy to accept our early check in.

I prefer doonas on bed, i understand its difficult but maybe lighter bed spreads. it was very nice.

Pillows terrible!! Couches dirty and uncomfortable Noise levels annoying

Sehr grosses und neues, geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment. Sehr saubere Timmer und gepflegte Anlage. Würden es wieder buchen.

Der Balkon war riesig, aber leider schglecht beleuchtet. Lampe fehlt.

As we came in after office hours, they left the key for our unit in the safe and told us how to access it. The units are close to the beach.

Lots of noisy neighbours all night long with party noises and yelling through the night. The shops/cafes are not nearby and are a good 10- 15min walk. The beds are the old fashioned type with springs and no pillow top. A bit hard.

Quiet, clean, location convenient (assuming you have a car) but not too close to main strip

Perfect for a short stay in Hervey Bay. Clean and comfortable apartment, friendly and helpful staff, good location. Very short drive to marina for the whale watching tours. Plenty of nearby restaurants if you fancy eating out. Would recommend.

We had a 2 bed apartment and it had everything we needed for a 3 day stay (no dishwasher). Very reasonable price.

It is fairly comfortable but on the basic side.
