The location, walk across Dandenong Rd to tram stop and a short trip to city. 7/11 store close by.
Need detergent in kitchen, light bulb in bedroom lamp not working. Place is a little run down.
Location for catching early ferry to Tasmania Price for location
Cleanliness was questionable Kitchen facilities poor
The location, tram stop 35 is 2 mins away with a 7-11 nearby for tickets, or a 15-20 min walk to Chapel St if you prefer. The accommodation itself depends upon being in an old or renovated apartment. The old apartments are just tired and shabby and will no doubt disappoint some but we stayed in a newly renovated apartment and could not fault it, it was spot on. The Manager is trying hard to convince the owners to complete the renovations and it is obvious how that would makes this an absolute cracker.
No dislikes if staying in a renovated apartment.
tram was close
did the job
Close to public transport.
Very old, needs updating
Airconditioner didn't work and unit was filthy, carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, one cup and one plate and two glasses to be shared between two adults.
On arrival and my experience at reception influenced my decision not to stay there. The young lad was in a baseball cap and the place did not have a good feel so Did not stay and forfeited the tariff of approx $200.' Went and booked into Quest which we should have done in first place.
It was in the right location for my meetings the following day.
The apartment was small, in a very dated block and in need of urgent refurbishment. The sofa and carpets were badly stained and had cigarette burns visible in them. Felt very unclean. Worn kitchen and very small, dated bathroom facilities. Staff didn't return my calls when I required an invoice.
Location to chapel street
Bad service. One apartment not clean- not vacuumed.dirty dishes and shelves in kitchen.needed major maintenance/renovation. Had two rooms and one much better than the other.
clean, good location, cheap and can book for one night stay.
the remote control had no batteries, only one key from the 2 keys I got to apartment #27 worked (the other must have been from other apartment).
It was close to where my family lived.
Not really the sort of place I would usely stay in.
The Location was good close to a lot of things
Wasn't clean at all. Not sure the last time they actually cleaned the bathroom and carpet for $200 a NIGHT! you would expect a lot better.
Rooms were clean and had everything you need............. Fraser, Edinburgh
No internet access on most days
The builders making noise early in morning until late at night. The facilities didn't work, the oven wouldn't turn on and the staff were not attentive to this. The room wasn't cleaned properly and overall we wouldn't come back or recommend anyone here.
We were booked for 8 nights and when we were there, the hotel is under renovation, and work was carry in the room next door. Every morning from 8am, the noise started. This wasn't mentioned in the website and the staff offer no help until we have to contact Booking to get help at the end.
Poorly maintained and overall old and grubby. Needs some work
Location Size of apartment Furniture etc
Lack of car spaces
Location Very friendly staff (victor) Parking facilities Reasonable price Quiet
Bit run down and requires renovation
In the end , once we had opened windows we minimised the musty smell. We weren't there long and the beds were comfortable. It was clean.
The odd smell on arrival. No staff at the desk when we arrived or left and no information if where to leave the key. The apartment was quite run down and the main bedroom looked into what could have been a courtyard but was just a mass if weeds.
Good location for hospital visits. Parking on site.
External appearance looks shabby but apartment clean and comfortable
Great location Easy access after hours despite no 24hr reception Nice size and kitchen
The property (Room 46) was dirty, looks tired, and needs a lot of work
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which had recently been refurbished. Great bathroom and kitchen, two comfy single beds, large screen TV & DVD player. Lots of windows making it airy and light. Victor at the front desk gave us great service.
Glad we didn't stay in the one bedroom apartment that hadn't been refurbished. We saw one and it was bare, boring and dingy.
Staff very helpful
Were not advised that internet was 1 log on per room very inconvenient Overall the property was very tired needs a lot of work
Convenient to get into the city. Loved that it was two bedrooms and had everything you need in there.
