Great location close to Uni Melbourne

Location was handy for me Reception staff were really helpful

Bed was rather hard There was a lot of noise on Saturday afternoon/night Walking around the bed was difficult due to limited space

Outside lights on all night in opposite apartments, permanents ?

Friendly efficient staff, cleanliness, quiet for good sleep, basic facilities were all there and price was right.

was cheap, staff was nice.

shower was too small, the lounge wasn't really a lounge it was tiny & uncomfortable, the heating didn't work, the blanket was a fleece throw rug & sheets didn't stay warm at night, the blanket that was in the cupboard was all dirty & wasn't something we would have put over us, the microwave took a long time to warm up our meals, the kettle didn't work, the cleaners walked in without knocking, had trouble with the key getting up the elevator, there wasn't any spear rolls of toilet paper left in the room.

Position is great. Tram to city outside door and very easy walk to Lyon St restaurants and Museum

Some noise from the trams, but nothing earplugs didn't fix!

Issues with electrical appliances were responded to quickly and with a smile. I stay at the Arrow each time I am in Melbourne because it is good value, quite close to the city, and a tram stop right outside.

It was very handy to everything, and all walkable. Not at all noisy .

clean, quiet, tidy, close enough to town to walk. Suprised that room had small balcony.

Nothing except next door hotel was very close so blind's down most of the time, can't be helpt. Everything else was good.

Compared to other Melbourne hotels, the place was good value for money.

It is a little bit out of the centre but this is really just a 5-10min walk, so no big deal.

Location was excellent, very clean room.

World's smallest and most uncomfortable couch (for an apartment that could sleep 3 - the couch sat 2 in supreme discomfort). Check in was a pain with non-working key cards. Key cards did not work without difficulty in the lifts.

Central location! Close to sightseeing, eateries, transport. Easy walking distance to all city sightseeing

Every thing was clean &tidy .staff helpful especially the afternoon of wall collapse when we couldnt get car or luggage to door

Excessive noise from back building load speaker- microphone noise every minute in chinese until 11.30 at night.would not stay again !!

Close to many city attractions and restaurants

Roomf furnishings were generally of poor quality. There are two choices for single bedroom apartment accommodation. Don't accept the smaller option as it is rediculous and uncomfortable. Make sure to ask for the "larger" apartment...

It was close to the city. Only stayed 1 night before travelling on. Good and clean good comfy beds.

Layout of the "apartment" was apalling. Meaness of amount of equipment. Room stank of cigarettes even though it was non-Smoking

Airconditioning did not work, The room service often made errors in not giving towels and laundry etc. no iron or ironing board. Issues with the swipe cards all the time.

Small & compact very Hard bed Key access in elevator requires service, only worked about 60% of time and resulted in much time wasted!
