Loved the quirky art work of Adam Cullen. Staff were friendly, helpful and unobtrusive, often ready with good suggestions for places to go in the area and good restaurants. Bed was sublimely comfortable and I loved the fact that it had the basics for in room dining. Major bonus is that it's across the road from Prahran Market...a foodie's paradise.

Great location, interesting art, well designed rooms - small but well equipped and felt larger then they were. Loved hiring the bikes - very reasonable rates and a great way to get around. Good restaurants in the hotel also. Parking was expensive and a tight fit. Otherwise no issues.

The room was clean and modern, loved the ipod dock, microwave, the fact that there was shampoo and conditioner, not shampoo/conditioner. Bed was very comfortable, parking was easy to get to and easy to use with the room key, and then the key drop box on the way out. Loved how there was the option of internet (I didn't use it). The location was awesome too, did some shopping at the Prahran Market, and really close to uni. Nothing, loved it all.

Excellent hotel work. Design did a great job building the design of the hotel to match the feel of Adam Cullen's works. Will definitely be staying there again. The architecture and design did a great job mimicing the feel of the Adam Cullen works and prints.

Great feel. Well appointed and comfortable room and kitchenette would be great for a stay of a few days. I always find that when the last interaction involves a credit card fee that it just detracts from an otherwise enjoyable experience. For the $3 or so dollars it would just be better to add it into the room price and I wouldn't even notice. So sad and how else does one pay for a room? Wouln't mind at least one free bottle of water. When will our Aussie hotels realize that the competition overseas all do WiFi for free.

The shower was lovely. The bed was very comfortable with lost of pillows. Close to shops, restaurants and transportation. The bathroom does not have any privacy whatsover, the glass is almost see through - not very nice when you are staying with 2 friends.

Great staff, great location. The Chinese dumpling restaurant attched to the hotel has some of the best Chinese food I've ever had, and im a Chinese chef. I will definitely stay again. :) Only down side is that it's a small hotel so doesn't have a sauna, pool or spa etc and there aren't many rooms with balconies.
