Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 50.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged AUD 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of AUD 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
A $300 security deposit is taken on arrival for all bookings and is refundable on check out.

spaciousness of the one bedroom apartment 206, cleanliness. Not really. However, you need more items in the kitchen, such as, a small chopping board and a sharp knife. |

the location and its good for children the staff were rude not very helpful and also the cleanliness of the room was not good. 1 of the rooms smelt very bad there was makes over the walls wasnt as clean as i thought it would be |

Location close to centre and beach overrated, cheap finish, windows not cleaned ever, one bedroom units all face south, unit doors not soundproof could hear the conversation in the unit opposite the coridor |

It was clean and nicely furnished with new furniture. Everything included was useful. Bedrooms were really comfortable. Security was good. Spent a lot of time cleaning up the apartment and doing much washing. Kind of spoilt the holiday. Check out at 10AM is too early to finish with clean up if young kids tag along. Given, the price, should include cleaning services free. Also, since we booked 3 nights, we should be given enough free detergents to clean up for 3 nights. Had to go out and buy. |
