absolutely nothing, except it was near our family's home. filthy, shower curtains had blood on, dirty sink in room, everything was grubby, In fact we didn't want to get into bed at all, nor put our feet on carpet.Nor did we shower as it looked so disgusting.plus day rates which means it is a brothel.

The property was convenient to where our business was ie 2km away and we bought dinner in the restaurant rather than going out. Deluxe suite? We don't think so, when compared to other properties in the area. An alternative room was offered but it was the same condition. Room smelt mouldy, curtains falling off tracks and in poor condition. Air Con very noisy so we decided against using it.

Bed was very comfortable Happened to be 2 people having a domestic argument at 11.15pm which should have been sorted quickly by management, it wasnt so made for a long night, then the garbage truck comes in about 6am. This motel has an indian restaurant, my breakfast came and smelled a bit like indian.

Good location and convenience of parking on site. Loud motor noise during the night which kept me awake. Shower tiles were not clean, build up of scum which can lead to foot infections. Had to place shower mat on the floor in the shower in order to prevent any skin infection (plantar warts). Drains in shower and near toilet full of mould and had a bad smell. The mouldy smell lingered throughout the unit.

Staff very polite and helpful. They werer currently renovating so improvments were obvious. The young gentleman was new but very helpful. opened folder in room next to coffee cups and 7 (tiny)cockroaches were inside eating the sugar spilt in it... be had no stoppers and rolles on the tile floors through the night.

This could be a very good budget motel with some attention to improving the facilities & the location in the Wahroonga/Hornsby area would make it very attractive motel to many travellers No hot water over the hand basin or the shower

Close to the F3 and not too far away from Waitara railway station (access to the city). It is really tired and needs lots of work. I have stayed there a few times, the bed is good but there is always simple stuff that doesn't work (eg. lights, no sink plug etc.)

Liked nothing about the hotel. But it was near the railway station to get into sydney. It was also very near a large shopping centre. This hotel was discusting. Discribed by yourselves as a 4star queen de lux room. There were insects crawling out of the light switch. Water damage on the wardrobes and cupboards. Really dissappointed. We have taken pictures which we intend to show at a later date, when we get back to Sweden. We are still at this moment in Australia.

I found the bed comfortable. I liked that facilities were available to make tea and coffee. It was very clean except I turned the tap of the basin and my fingers came away with a blue creamy substance on them which wasn't pleasant. It may have been a cleaning creme that wasn't rinsed off. I was glad there was a small bathroom window that allowed fresh air into the room. We absolutely adored the food the food at your fantastic Indian restaurant and we'll definitely be back. I thought the English style pub was ever so quaint. The location was very peaceful and I had a good uninterrupted sleep. The lady who greeted us was very helpful and friendly. The pool was very attractive. Fantastic value for money so please take any negatives with a grain of salt because we'd recommend your motel and we'll definitely be coming back. We couldn't get the alarm clock to function. Some of the furnishings are a bit tired - cover of bathroom light broken, bedside lamp shade had large hole. It was strange having to turn switches on which were located on the bedside table before using electrical appliances. I didn't like that the jug wouldn't fit under the tap and had to be filled with a cup. It was strange having the bathroom basin in the bedroom but can't see a way round this one because it's the design of the room. We were told Foxtel was available but couldn't find any foxtel stations on the tv in our room. Maybe we misunderstood because we saw it was available in the restaurant. The restaurant had a strange smell when you walked in.

Reception open for our late arrival, 10.35pm, plenty of parking room for ute and trailer. Freezer unusable as it was iced up, water jug in fridge empty, no ice blocks, can't fit the kettle under the faucet to fill it, had to use the shower.

Location Comfortable Bead Pillow Room Smelt musty Very poor cleaning. Worse than some third world countries, dirty, dusty, smelt damp when in the room Could hear people in adjacent room even though they were not making excessive noise. No attention to detail in relation to cleaning. Would never stay again.

We stayed here at new year 2013 and travelled in to Sydney on the train with the nearest station a ten miniutes walk with trains running every 15 to 20 mins all hours. The price was great incomparrission to what else was available at the busy time of year. Hornsby was a 20 min walk and also had good shopping. The rooms were not as clean as we would have liked and the 4 Star rating was a little of the mark, 2.5 stars would be closer, however the reviews on booking.com highlighted this and the price at this time of year was good.
