Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years are charged AUD 25.00 per stay for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
We have a fully equipped and large kitchen if you wish to prepare your own dinners (open 1.00pm to 9.00pm) and there are many restaurants and clubs in the immediate area, Wests Leagues Club being a 3 minute walk away.
Tourist attractions in Sydney include the historic Rocks, Sydney Harbour Bridge, The Opera House, Bondi Beach, SCG and SFS, Olympic Park, The Blue Mountains, Taronga zoo, Maritime Museum, Powerhouse Museum, Sydney Aquarium, Manly and surrounds, Chinatown and surrounds.
From 19.00-21.00 hours - AUD 30 fee
From 21.00-23.00 hours - AUD 50 fee
A check-in after 23.00 hours is not possible.
There is a fee of AUD 3.00 for all payments made by credit card.

We've stayed it this hotel for 10 days during our holiday in Sydney. The place is situated just 7 minutes of walk from Ashfield train station, so trip to CBD and other areas won’t take long. Ashfield is nice place too, with many Chinese restaurants and shopping center just a short stroll from hotel. I can affirm that it the best value for money I’ve ever had. Besides, you’ll get most hospitable atmosphere ever (which you can not get even for money sometimes). So it really was our home away from home!!! Many thanks to John, the owner, who made our stay comfortable and memorable! |

I think the staff are lovely andm welcoming Room 8 requires some maintenance as the sepage from the bathroom above is causing water damage and a mouldy smell which is difficult to stay in. |

Les transports public à des prix raisonnable, et depuis Ashfield facile à atteindre le centre de Sydney, Hotel facile à trouvé avec le GPS Le chambre n'est pas faite chaque jour. Pas de petit déjeuner le dimanche, les autres jours le faire soit même et faire la vaiselle. |

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Frühstücksraum und die Terrasse waren angenehm und gemütlich, man bekam schnell Kontakt zu anderen Mitbewohnern die Entfernung zur City war etwas zu weit, Zimmer und Bad waren sehr klein |
